Princess Aphmau (A Garmau Story)

Chapter 2

Garroth's POV

I think I fell asleep while on the boat because after about a hour I don't remember much.

 My father finally shook me awake to signal we were there.

 I woke up almost instantly.

 It had been such a long ride that I couldn't wait to get off. 

We docked and soon after we were greeted by Lady Irene.

 Someone was behind her though I couldn't see very well due to all the guards.

 After my father and Lady Irene greeted each other, Lady Irene made the guards return to their posts. 

That revealed a beautiful young lady who I'm guessing is Princess Aphmau. 

She was wearing a bright purple dress, criss-cross sleeves, and lylac purple flats.

 Her hair was in a bun with two strands lining her face, cat eye eyeliner, and a crown with a purple jem in the middle.

 Her mother whispered something to her before she ran over to me.

 Crap! Is she going to talk to me?

 Gah! She's talking to me! 

"Hello my name is Aphmau, Princess of Phoenix Drop. It is a pleasure to meet you." Her voice rang in my head.

 It was sweet and cheerful. "The pleasure is all mine Lady Aphmau." I say trying hard not to stutter. 

She let out a giggle before her mother interrupted. "Aphmau, dear why don't you show Garroth here around Phoenix Drop?" Her face lit up when Lady Irene said this.

 Hm I wonder why. "REALLY!?"Aphmau Shouted. Lady Irene nodded in return.

 "Oh thank you mother!" Aphmau beamed.

 Hmm I wonder why she's so excited. No matter what, it looks like i'm going on a tour.

Aphmau's POV

I made my way to the plaza to see my mother there waiting.

 I wave and she signals for me to come over.

 I quickly run over.

 She tells me to follow her.

 We seemed to be heading to the docks.

 "Aphmau,  we have guests." mother said breaking my concentration.

 I jerk my head up to see that four people were docking. 

Two of them were dressed to impress the other two seemed to be guards.

 Mother went the important looking people and spoke to one of them.

  After a while she came back.  "Go introduce yourself!" She semi-whispered.

 I decided to go over to the one who looked to be around my age. 

He had beach blond hair, icy blue eyes, and a small smile.

 He was wearing a blue checkered shirt with navy blue jeans, and black shoes.

 He looked kinda cute.

 Gah! Aph there's no possible way you like him!

 You don't even know his name!

 I stopped in front of him and introduce myself.

 "Hello, name is Aphmau, Princess of Phoenix Drop. It it a pleasure to meet you."
