Chapter 14

Garroth's Pov (I know its been a bit!)

Aphmau had fallen asleep while we were stargazing. 

I fell asleep shortly after due to her comfort.

 I woke up around 5:30 am, to hear Aphmau humming.

 Her humming slowly turned to quiet singing. (Lyrics in video above)

After hearing her sing for a bit a recognized the song. 

It was the song my mother sang to me when I was little.

 She seemed stuck on the lyrics after a bit.

 I got up and hugged Aphmau from behind and whispered the lyrics in her ear.

I wouldn't try to be with someone else,

Your light is shining like a summer day,

And I feel alive 'cause of you,

 Only you!

"Garroth you know this song?!" Aphmau asked stopping her sweet singing.

 "Yeah. My mother used to sing it to me when I was little." I reply with a small smile.

 "Oh well if that's the case..." Aphmau started humming and then sang the first verse.

 I pick up on what she's doing and sing the second verse. 

We sang until we finished the song. 

We sat back down on the grass as the sun was rising. 

Aphmau leaned on my shoulder and watched the sun rise.

 It lit up her face and made her even more beautiful.

 After it wad fully up, we walk back to the castle.

 Her mother ran up to her asking where she had been.

 Aphmau explained and Lady Irene understood.

 We headed inside and ate breakfast.

Aphmau's POV (Yes we're back with 2 povs) 

I had fallen asleep on the grass patch, cuddling Garroth.

 He was so comfortable and warm.

 I had woken up around 5 in the morning and carefully got up,trying not to disturb a sleeping Garroth.

 Though I think he noticed I got up. 

His cute smile turned to a small frown. 

I slowly walk up to a tree and lean on it, facing away from Garroth.

 I was humming a little until I stared singing, forgetting Garroth was asleep. 

I forgot a verse of the song until someone hugged me and whispered the lyrics in my ear. 

Garroth.

He was the only other one there.

 I wouldn't try to be with someone else,

Your light is shining like a summer day,

And I feel alive 'cause of you,

Only you!

"You know this song!?" I say surprised.

 "Yeah. My mother used to sing it to me when I was little." he replied with a small smile. 

"Oh well if that's the case...." I started humming the intro then sing the first verse. 

Garroth sings the next one and we sing until the song was over.

 we sat back down on the ground and watched the sun rise.

 I leaned on Garroth's shoulder and smile at his warmth. 

We went back to the castle after watching the sun.

 My mother ran up to be because she was worried since I didn't come back till now. 

I explained and she understood.

 We then went inside and ate breakfast.

There ya go! Yet another chapter! This one had two Point Of Veiws this time cause  I thought the chapters were getting boring with just one. Fun Fact: The song was actually the inspiration for this chapter, so be glad I found it! Anywho, that's all for now peeps! Talk to ya next chapter!
