Josh Dun, he's the kid on my block who's one of the most gorgeous people I've ever seen.

I'm a real big fan of his, but I honestly think I'm kind of a joke to him, whenever he looks at me I'm always doing something dumb or I embarrass myself in some way or another. Either way, he sees me as an idiot.

His mom and my mom are friends so he always ends up coming to my house at least once or twice a week, but we hardly talk because I'm too much of a wimp to get more than 5 words out.

He was coming over today and my mom has told me I need to actually talk to him and invite him to my room.

He was a year older than me, with darkish blue hair, and eyes and a smile that I thought only existed in dreams.

I heard the doorbell ring from my room and my mom called my name and I ran out as she had opened the door and there he stood next to his mom, a short, well built boy, smiling right at me.

Josh waved and I awkwardly waved back and my mom cleared her throat as he and his mother walked it and over to where I was standing.

"Oh..uh..J-Josh, d-do you wanna hang out in m-my room-m?" I and stuttered intensely and blushed when he let out a small giggle at my fumbling words.

"Yes" he said sweetly, smiling, making the corners of his eyes crinkle.

I nodded my head and turned around and started walking to my room, I heard his footsteps behind mine and it made my belly feel queasy as we got closer.

We got to my room and I say down on my bed.

"Y-you can sit here" I said patting the empty spot in front of me.

He smiled and sat down with me.

"So Tyler, why do you stutter so much" he questioned while giggling and his cheeks turned pink.

My face flushed red, "I-I don't know.. I g-guess you kinda make me nervous"

"Why do I make you nervous?"

"B-because I-I think you're really cute"

Instant regret happened as those words escaped my mouth before I thought about saying them. I covered my face with my hands and my chest felt heavy.

"Aw, Tyler that's sweet."  I felt his body scoot closer to mine until our knees were touching. "I think you're really cute too"

I lifted my face from my hands and saw him smiling at me and when out eyes met he looked away and giggled again softly.

I felt some more confidence than usual flowing through my body so I decided that I'd take a chance while I had it and blurted out,

"Josh is it okay if I admit something to you?" my eyes closed and I thought to myself ' there's no turning back now.. '

"Yeah, go ahead, Tyler." he said, cocking his head to the side with a confused look in his face.

"W-well you see, I know I-I don't really actually know y-you all that well b-but there's something ab-bout you that made me f-fall for you a-and I know I-I probably sound creepy but J-Joshua I love you"  my eyes closed tightly as the last words practically fell out of my mouth.

There was a long silence, until I heard shuffling sounds and felt Josh moving in my bed. I felt a hand touch my face and I slightly opened one eye.

Josh's fingers curled under my chin and he pulled me closer to his face. I shut my eye again and I felt his lips touch mine.

His were soft and tasted sweet. I felt his tongue slightly touch my bottom lip and I opened my mouth ever so slowly and felt his tongue enter my mouth and touch with my own.

His hand went from my chin to the back of my neck, pulling me in closer and deepening our kiss.

He used his other hand to wrap around my waist and pull my while body closer to his until I was practically on his lap.

I placed my arms I'm the sides of his torso and grabbed a hold of his shirt, wrinkling it in my fists.

The hand he hand around my waist snuck up under my shirt and I felt his cold hand touch my warm stomach, sending a shiver down my spine. He rubbed up, down and circles onto my torso.

He pulled away from the kiss and rested my forehead to his, with his hand still on the back my neck.

"I love you too."

I smiled and blushed deeper than I think I ever have.

He pulled me back into a kiss and I felt him smiling through it. I kisses like I had wanted to for months and he kisses me with the same passion.

"Joooosh!" a voice called from outside of my door.

We quickly scattered and sat like we were when first in my room, I fixed my hair and shirt and he did the same, right as his mom opened my door.

"Josh, honey time to go."

"Okay mom I'll be out in a second."

She nodded and smiled at me before walking out.

Josh got closer to me again and pulled my head closer to his again by my the back of my neck.

"I'll see you again soon" he said before planting another kiss on my lips, getting off my bed and walking out of my room.

I sat in my bed Trying to comprehend what had happened, then walked out of my room to the kitchen.

"So did you guys get to know each other any better?" my mom asked while I opened the fridge and grabbed a soda, and started walking back to my room.

"We sure did." I giggled and blushed, closing my door before my mom could question me.

I sat on my bed and thought again to myself,

'we sure did.'
