Keep it together.
That's what I told myself nearly every second in these 6 months. It's like a time bomb counting down to the day I explode. One day, I won't be able to keep myself together. I'll break.
Dad used to say if you tell yourself you can do that something for enough times, you really can. So I have to tell myself I can keep myself together, I can do it, then I'll be able to.
Or I'll have an illusion that I'm able to.
