Hey Guys! A couple of you really wanted to see what happened in the end of one of my older one shots 'I Do'. I know it was from a long time ago and I definitely wasn't sure about writing this to be honest due to the one shot actually taking up three parts. However, you guys seemed to enjoy the story line and some of you clearly want me to tell you what the ending was. If you haven't actually read the original story which will be set around five years in the past from this epilogue, I advise you go read it, but it doesn't really matter if you don't because you could probably piece together the story line from this.
Anyways, I love you guys, thanks for all your support and stay awesome.
"You didn't marry Isaac?" I asked quietly, pressing my forehead against hers as she shook her head.
"I have to be with you Scott... I love you" she whispered, opening her hand to show me a slightly more faded and tear stained photo of us at the bowling alley, the one just like mine. It filled my heart with something I hadn't felt in a long long time. I think it was love. Even more than that actually... It was being in love. Falling in love all over again.
"I love you too..." I mumbled, pulling her into a deep kiss, making the crowd go wild as Allison wrapped her arms around my neck and drew me in closer.
Who really needs fame anyways? I have Allison.
"Mr McCall, Mr McCall! Can I get a few words from you on your recent resignation?!" A reporter asked quickly, holding a microphone up to me as I walked towards my car with Cora Hale.
"Any words on whether you'll focus on business from now on after your deal with Nike?"
"Mr McCall, What is next in your career?"
I think at least once a day my PA Cora tells me to keep my mouth shut with the press. She calls me a people person, and the press love that, they love twisting what I say into a whole other story. But for anyone who doesn't know what it's like to be famous, it's very hard to avoid confrontations. I also find it difficult to continue with my life if there's a camera pressed up in my face.
"My career?" I asked the crowd that was following me to my car. I don't know who actually initially stated the question but it seemed like it didn't matter, "I have been playing professional lacrosse for years now, and I cannot express how heavyhearted I am about my resignation. However, no matter how much I loved the athletic part of my job, I love my family so much more... And they take priority"
"No further comments" Cora cut in, practically dragging me into the car and signalling for the driver to take me home, "Do you ever stop talking?"
"Do you ever stop telling me not to?" I asked, grinning playfully, earning a glare from her.
"Fair play..." She muttered, "But you're not off the hook completely, you'll be attending Jennifer's new movie 'Joy' in Hollywood on Saturday"
"I wouldn't miss it for the world" I smiled.
"And you won't miss it for the world, the entire world wants to know more about Allison, I presume she'll be coming?"
"Her and Jen have been inseparable since they met. She'll be coming" I nodded as the driver pulled up in my large driveway.
"I'll call you if there's any changes" Cora sighed as I got out.
"Thanks" I waved at her as she drove up and the butler, Liam opened the door for me.
"Allison? I'm back" I called out to the large house and I instantly heard quick footsteps. Not Allison obviously.
"DADDY!" Lily squealed, jumping into my opens arms.
"Hey sweetheart" I laughed, spinning her around before setting her on her feet and kissing her cheek.
Allison and I had clearly had our problems in the past, but everything that happened with the wedding and Isaac felt like a completely different life time. Once we'd found each other again there was no splitting us up. We got married exactly four years and two months ago, and Lily had come along soon after. The press went absolutely insane with gossip but Allison didn't seem to care. Plus, Jen had really helped her out with how to react to flashing camera's and the paparazzi. We did try to keep Lily as far away from that as possible though, I mean, she is only three.
"Mommy! Mommy! Daddy's home!" she ran quickly through the house and came back with a smiling Allison. She'd got her mother's genes when it came to being in charge.
"Hey Honey" she kissed me deeply and stopped when Lily made a disgusted noise, "Okay, you go play" she ordered (see what I mean about being in charge?) and my daughter ran off, "How was it?"
"It wasn't hard or anything" I shrugged, "There were a lot of reporters there though"
"Did it overwhelm you?" she pouted, "Do I need to kiss you better?"
"Yep" I nodded quickly and she pulled my into another kiss with my tie.
"Better?" she mumbled against my lips.
"Mhmm"
"Good because Kate and her new boyfriend Derek are coming with Lydia and Stiles for dinner tonight" she pulled away, "So you have to be sociable"
"I can be sociable!" I laughed, "There's a difference between anti-social and not being able to keep my hands to myself, you know that right?"
"Believe me I'm well aware" she giggled.
"Shower?" I asked, taking off my jacket.
"Shower"
