Damn it. The alarm rang at it's usual timing-6 o'clock. I was forced to wake up all thanks to the incessant ringing of the clock. I just couldn't stand it any further. I got up and turned it off and after that to find myself still in bed, SLEEPING! I was so tired after yesterday's programmes. I only managed to get myself awake at 6.30 and left the house at 6.45. After leaving the house, I headed for the bus stop and then I saw the bus go pass me. Luckily, a woman helped me to get the bus driver to wait and he did. Singaporeans do have a great heart after all, right? I mean this gesture really made my day.

The bus ride was rather smooth just that the journey did not raise my mood and did not noe me feel any better. I hated Mondays. It just meant another 5 more days of slogging and more homework to be completed. Noooooo. Students do really lead a tough life nowadays.

In school, the lessons did not make me feel any better. In fact worse, I was barely able to pay attention. Math and Science were so so, I mean what could you expect. LA was even more boring and History made it worse. Oh god, the day didn't seem to go well for me. The day didn't end there, there was still band to go. There were auditions yesterday and I was really drained after yesterday's practice but I had to soldier on. At home it was preparation for tomorrow's test. For dinner, we had bak kut teh. It was great, having a little treat is a pleasure in life in itself.

At night, we relaxed by listening to classical music to soothe our ears before going to sleep. As they were listening and enjoying, I was reading. For what? Of course for something graded. The upcoming book sharing. It did not exactly seem like it was something stressful, in fact maybe something relaxing. However, I did not really enjoy the process as I still had to take notes for the presentation.
Slowly and I mean really, really, really slowly, I began to doze off. Very soon, by 11, I had entered Dreamland.

So this was my crappy Monday. Was yours any better? Yes, then comment ah.

Anyways, Life Lesson #1: If life gives you tests, don't try testing yourself one day before the test. You'll die.
