The Days Ahead- Anticipation

30 January 2016- Festival of Lights

The day was great, the fresh air and everything. I was looking forward to going to the festival later in the day.
Of course, there was tuition and so I left in the house at around 11.30 to go out for lunch as my class started at 1. Went for some chicken rice, it was great. You guys should definitely go and try. After that, I went for tuition and endured two hours of class . Yippee and I left immediately for school to meet my friends for early dinner as food was not served and only some snacks would be provided.

So in a hurry, I guessed, I think I forgot to buy the gummies for theveryvera . I'm so sorry . I'll buy it for you soon. On the way to school, I bumped into brandonlimlolz 's father. Such a small world. Then, we met with Brad, Ray and Winston not forgetting Ms whinny girl aka tiffenie. After that, we were headed for school. To out surprise, many people were there already and they were eating my all time favorite, Macs.

Quiet chaotic,it was. Both at school and at the parade site. The parade site was not that crowded but the place began to fill up slowly but bit by bit, the whole place was filled with people. There were many schools there too and I think I saw some of my primary school friends from other classes.

I mean I didn't really enjoy the programme lineup . However, I really enejoyed the parade . This was because of none other than my friend's company brandonlimlolz , dumbumgum, seahyilin and maybe XxshxrryxX_ cos we were judging people like we were mad too. Ok, maybe I was the only one. But you have a part too ok. The festival was filled with pictures of not the lights and stuff but our faces and more faces. We really had fun together. The performances were great in that sense that it was a splendid festival but I wasn't in the mood of appreciating it . This all thanks to the most annoying but best LSP partner that cooks the best food with me cos he's the cooking papa dumbumgum trying to take random unglams of me.

It did not just end there I guess because the later part wasn't fun at all. And I totally mean it. TOTALLY mean it. After the parade we had to get out of the place right and guess how long we took. Even when I think about it now, I'm still mad.  I think the music they played repeated around 5 tines before we left which is easily an hour after the performance had ended. And finally, we escaped the monstrous crowd but to find ourselves trapped in a greater sea of people. Oh gosh, so annoying. Have I told you how much I hated crowds? Once, I rembered missing 3 buses and waiting for 15 minutes because all the buses were so crowded.

So as I was saying, we were still trapped, making our way by inches out of the place. I remember so clearly how everyone smelled. Stinky and sweaty. Grossssss. Finally, we saw the light at the end of the tunnel, figuratively cos everywhere was covered in darkness. What do you expect at 10 o'clock ?
We walked to the bus pick-up point and soon and soon after, we got on to our bus. Whoo, thank the lord le le for allowing us to get out. (dumbumgum rudegardeningtool and 16wanderlxst09) should know what I mean right. So, on the bus I began to lose my energy. It dropped to below 10%. Although we were blasting music, I wasn't in the mood or should I say I was to tired to. But, overall it was a 100/10 day and I really, really, really enjoyed it. Thanks guys.
