Chapter 7

I look at my phone to see what time it is. 7:56. Why isn't my dad home yet? As soon as I think that thought, I see Harry pull up in my drive way. He got out of the car and knocked on my door.

"Hi, Harry."

"Hi, love. Ready to go?"

"Ready when you are!"

He holds out his arm and I link mine with his. He walks me to the passenger side if the car and opens the door. I walk in and he shuts it. He walks over to his side and gets in. He starts the car and we are off.

We pull up to a fancy Italian restaurant called Villa Penna. again, he walks over to my side of the car and grabs my hand. He helps me out. And we walk to the door. He opens it.

"After you," he said.

"Why, thank you." I smiled. We checked in and sat down.

"You look beautiful." He said looking unit my eyes.

I blush. "Thank you... And you look handsome as well."

"Thanks." He said and blushed.

We ordered and we started eating. But... Then I saw somebody I knew.

"Ummm... Harry?"

"What's wrong, love?"

"See that guy over there? With the navy blue shirt?"

"Yeah what about him?"

"He used to be like my best friend when I was younger... Then he got all weird. He was so touchy... And disgusting. Uh oh... He's looking at me. Harry do something!"

"Don't worry, I got you."

"Oh my God! Skye Porter? It's been forever!" He said.

"Oh... Hi Eric."

He gave me a hug.

"You look gorgeous!"

"Thanks."

"Hey I was wondering... Maybe you wanna do something after?" He asked.

"Ummm..." I looked over at Harry.

"Hey, babe? Do you want some more coke? You look like your getting low."

"Oh yes honey, thank you."

"Oh I didn't even see you there! What's your name? How do you know Skye?" Eric asked.

"I'm Harry. She's my girlfriend."

Girlfriend? I can roll with that. I could just see the steam rising in Eric as Harry said that. Eric looked wide eyed.

"So how long have you guys been dating?" He says trying to look normal.

"3 months." Harry says.

"Wow.. Well I better get going! It was nice seeing you, Skye!" He said, he didnt even bother to look at Harry or say goodbye.

"Freak." Harry said shaking his head.

"I know right! But thanks again Harry."

"No problem."

We finishe eating and started to head home.
