7. If This Were A Movie

Jimmy’s POV

Yes!!! It was about time Joel came back for her! Maybe Alisha will stop moping around now.

It was like a whole minute later and they were still kissing!

I was getting kind of uncomfortable so I got the car keys and drove off to the airport, which wasn’t a very smart idea on my part because Alisha had all the information that Mandy had sent her this morning.

I wasn’t even sure where the airport was!

I decided to call Syn. His phone better be on.

“Jimmy! Are you guys on your way yet?!”

“Ummm. Sort of.” He groaned.

“Where are you Jimmy?”

“In Alisha’s car?”

He stayed quiet. “Syn can you put Mandy on the phone?” 

I waited about 2 seconds until Mandy answered. I explained everything that happened and that I had no clue where to go so she sent me the directions, but when I told her about Joel and Alisha she didn’t seem all that happy.

Alisha’s POV

When I pulled away from Joel, I couldn’t take the smile off of my face.

This was my Joel. The one that left me all those years ago was here. He wasn’t Joel Madden, lead singer of Good Charlotte. He was just Joel Madden, my best friend.

“Alisha Marie Sawyer,”

He paused and got down on one knee.

“Will you marry me?” My eyes started to water and he pulled out a little black box with a small diamond ring.

“Joel I don’t - -” His smile faded.

“Alisha. I know that this is hard for you right now, but I need you in my life. You are the one that I want by my side when all my dreams are coming true. Just you.”

I nodded my head yes. He slipped the ring on my hand. He picked me up and spun me around. No words could express how happy I was, I was finally getting the love of my life back after 3 years.

I looked around and Jimmy was no where to be found and my car was gone!

“Damn it!” Joel looked at me confused.

“Jimmy took off in my car!” He laughed.

I didn’t find it funny at all. Jimmy had no clue where he was going.

Gena’s POV

I had just finished packing mine and Zacky’s things to go spend this next month in Maryland. I was so excited!

I had a suitcase full of my hair products and accessories, another two with clothes and one more with shoes.

Zacky walked into the room with his duffel bag hanging off his shoulder.

I never understood how these boys could pack one bag and be good for 3 whole months!

Once I was done getting ready we hopped into Matt’s Tahoe and headed over to Leana’s.

We arrived at the airport and made our way to Maryland.

This was going to be a very interesting trip.

 Brian’s POV

We had been at Ali’s house for over two hours now and the screaming had finally stopped.

Mandy and Alisha had started arguing as soon as she announced her engagement to Joel.

I always thought that Mandy was for Joel getting back with Ali, but obviously I was wrong.
