Chapter 2

A couple months earlier...
Oscar just moved here from London, he was an artist. Well he tried to be... He moved to possibly get his career started. But he got a job to support himself.

He walked around Central Park in New York, looking for inspiration. His paintings hasn't been selling lately, he needed new inspiration. Until he saw an angel upon a chapel.

This particular angel held her hands in front of her face, as if she were weeping. This was in fact Angie, Angie had been starved for weeks. She hadn't been able to get enough humans since the big paradox of the 1930's.

So, this chance came really rarely. She followed him towards a park. So she hid on top of a ledge and did one of her weeping poses. She saw the man stop what he was doing to sketch her. She saw him sketch her, and decided to let him live another day.

Meanwhile, she saw some unsuspecting girl walk by. She zapped her and was refreshed. She was intent on zapping him, an easy target, like a sitting duck.

She came in closer, and closer. He noticed that she was moving. He didn't really care how, but he thought it was some sort of robot. So he put on his phone and started recording her he just focused the camera. It was focused exactly on her, but he and the front facing camera on so she could see herself.

So now she had to stay still, she was frustrated. This guy was good. And he didn't even know what she was.

After a week or so she gave up trying to get him.

Angie figured since he likes sketching so much, she'd give him something to sketch. She decided to keep giving him different poses based on what her mood was. Oscar loved how she would always be different and that's what made her unique to him.

Oscar actually did question how in the world she moved so quickly. Also why she always always moving towards him in lightening speed. But after awhile he just didn't even seem to question it. As long as she stayed still enough for him to get a good sketch of her.

So now Angie just uses other people and keeps Oscar alive. So I'd say they am have a good relationship.
