Nine- Adrien

The smoke cleared and Danstroyer was no where to be found.

"She must have gone to another party!" Ladybug growled. She turned to me, "Come on!"

I nodded hopelessly and ran after her. As we jumped from rooftop to rooftop, I thought. Would I ever get to tell her? What if she doesn't even like me back? I thought back to all the villians we had faced. The reactions between us. When we went against The Ghost, she has fainted. I took care of the akuma, but she was about to transform back when I woke her up.

And she was mad.

She told me her identity was precious to her, and she didn't want anyone to know, even me.

I must have slowed down, because Ladybug stopped. She looked at me, "Are you ok?"

I nodded, "Yeah. Everything's fine. Just a little distracted."

She walked back to me and put a hand on top of my head. "Tell you what, Kitty, once we're done with this, you can tell me all about." She smiled. She was perfect. How could anyone think otherwise?

I smiled back. "Thanks." She was about to jump to the next roof when I grabbed her hand. Slowly, she turned back to me. "My lady." I kissed her hand.

She laughed and shook her head. "You never change, you silly kitty."

We smiled at each other. This is it, Adrien. This is the moment! I placed my hand over hers. "Ladybug, Je-"

There was an explosion to our left. We both flinched and I stumbled a bit.

"We've wasted enough time!" Ladybug stood up straight. She jumped on to the street and started running.

I sighed and jumped down after her.

People fled the building and ran through the streets. I stopped one. It was a young girl who seemed about my age. "What's happening? What's going on in there?"

"There's-there's a girl in there!!" she yelled and ran off.

Ladybug was a few yards away. She ran into the building. And I ran in after her.
