I will live this life
Simply to please others
For death is an event
That sorrows people
I will not take my life
As it would not only hurt me
But hurt my family
I will live out this life
Every strenuous day
Every painful hour
Every dark minute
I will live until my heart beats no more
And death can finally consume me whole
It has already taken ahold of my heart
But I wait for it to take my body
So I live this life
To please others
If I were to please myself,
That would be murder.
