"Are you sure your going to be okay here?" Luke asked while watching her closely as she quietly jumped over the fence to her backyard.
"I'll be okay Luke, I'll be back tomorrow." She said as she started to walk away from him.
"Katherine." He whispered as loudly as he could.
She swung around and found Luke staring at her with the eyes of an angel. Telling herself she wouldn't fall in love with him, but she couldn't help it. He was perfect."Tomorrow, the cornfield. Meet me there 10 a.m." He asked pleadingly. Her eyes met his and for a second she felt at home. But she quickly looked away. Tearing her gaze from his eyes.
"10, I'll be there." She said as she waved goodbye and ran around the house to where her bedroom window was. She unlatched her window and climbed inside.
"Why is he so important to you Katherine?" Katherine spun around to find her little sister sitting on her bed, looking at her with great wonder. Katherine smiled as she sat down on the edge of her bed next to her sister.
"Well, since your asking..." She started as she tucked her sisters hair behind her ear. "He loves me, and I love him. That's just how it is."
"What's love feel like?" Her eyes glistening with questions.
"Maybe another time little one..." Katherine said as she ushered her sister off of her bed and into her own. "You get some sleep now okay." She tucked her in and kissed her forehead. "Goodnight snug bug." She said after she crawled in bed and set her alarm. 9 o'clock she thought to herself. She needed to be at the cornfield at 10. Slowly her eyes closed as she was losing sight of the real world and drifted off to sleep.
He pushed her against the rock wall kissing her intensely. Their tongues clashing together. He ran his hands down her body and placed them below her waist. Pulling her closer yet pushing her harder against the rocks as the ocean beside her waves. She moaned and dug her fingernails deeper into his soft delicate skin. He picked her up and she wrapped her legs around him as he carried her like she was weightless. He finally set her down far enough from the rock wall to where she wouldn't get hurt. She was laid down in the sand, his hands wandering everywhere. He reached for her bathing suit ties and started to untie them. Sending shivers down her spine. Slowly he slid her bikini top off of her body. Letting it hit the sand effortlessly. His eyes darted down her body. Then wandered back to her eyes. He felt her shift uncomfortably underneath his weight and his eyes grew soft and understanding. "Are you sure about this.." He asks knowing she isn't ready. Her breath skipped a beat as she got prepared to answer his question. Slowly, she sighed. "I can't." She said, sitting up off of the beach looking at Luke hoping he wouldn't get mad. "Of course." He said, standing up and walking back towards the building. Quickly she fumbles to tie her bathing suit top back. She runs up behind him and pulls his arm. "I'm sorry Luke! Please don't leave me. I'm not ready." She pleaded hoping he'd understand. "I'm not leaving you," he said as he pulled her closer. "Tell me when your ready, then we will talk. Okay." He kissed her cheek and with that he was gone. And just like that, her alarm was awakening her for her 10 o'clock date.
