The weekend is over and I have to go back to hell again, but it's going to be even worse because I have to see Ryan. Great. I don't know if I'll be able to look him in the face. I don't think I'll be able to look Tyler in the face! If I do I'll just see the whole scenario over and over again. I have Ryan next period and the bell rings in 5 minutes.

"Alright class, remember we have the district test on Friday so if you have any questions over anything related to biology, meet me during tutorials. I don't want to hear y'all asking how to cope with a breakup because I honestly do not care." Coach Thompson says.

*bell rings*

This is going to be a fun class...

I walk downstairs to my English class, my worst and least favorite class already and now it's going to be even worse, but luckily I have Liam in there.

I walk in to an empty room, with a new face writing on the white board, and everyone confused.

The tardy bell rings, we all sit down and face forward

She turns around while closing the dry erase marker and setting it on the mantle piece attached to the white board.

She softly speaks but loud enough for the class to hear.

"Sadly Mrs. Allen had some issues following her job, so I am going to be y'alls new English teacher, so I'm order for me to know who you guys are, we're going to tell our name around the room and one thing about ourselves, while I check roll so this goes by faster. I'll start. Hi, I'm Miss Coronado, and I love to draw. Ok, now go down the rows starting from you." She says pointing at me.

"Uh, Hi. I'm Nathaniel, or Nate, whatever you prefer, and I'm on the varsity basketball team." I say.

Then it goes to Liam, then the rest of the class. Then it reaches Ryan. Just hearing him say his name makes me cringe.

"Hi, I'm Ryan and I'm the starting point guard for varsity basketball."

I can see all the girls giggle blush hearing him speak.

"Hi, I'm Tyler, and I play soccer and basketball."

I'm fixing to freaking scream.

"Ok. Thank you guys, so today is going to be like a catch up day for y'all since it is my first day and I have to get adjusted to everything." Miss Coronado says.

Most people grab their phones and/or turn around and start talking to people around them. I decided to plug in my headphones and work on homework for geometry that was due. I was busy with Mollie all weekend, I didn't even think about it.

Someone pulls out the headphone from my right ear and puts their hand on my paper. I look up to Ryan's face super close to mine.

I look up, pause my music and listen take out my other headphone that was in my ear.

"Ok listen, what happened at that party. I wasn't myself ok? That wasn't me. I was drinking a lot and I've been stressed from things at home to school and I'm sorry I've been an ass to you, and everyone else, but I just was drunk and uncontrollable. I hope you understand." Ryan whispers.

"I get that you were drunk, but it's a little weird walking into a huge ass make out session between two of your best friends." I say, not even looking at him.

"I'm sorry ok? Just know, that's not how I am. I'm not like that, I promise, alright?" He says getting a little bit louder.

"Ok, I believe you." I say.

"Now, who's this girl I heard about from Chandler you're talking to?" Ryan says.

"Mollie. A freshman from my geometry class." I say.

"Well, since I do know you have geometry next period, I'm walking you there so I can see." He says.

"Fine." I say.

"Hey, you alright?" Ryan asks.

"Yeah I'm good, just gotta finish this homework, it's for geometry." I say.

"Alright bro, I'll be hanging with Ty and Liam." He says.

"Alright." I say and give him a simple smile.
