It was official. Asami has lost her mind. Well, to her she has. Asami was pacing around her room, arms crossed, chewing on her lip in deep thought.

She couldn't get Korra off her mind. She was constantly thinking about her. Was she okay??. What was she doing right now??. Had her dad hurt her when she got home from school??. Should Asami text her??. She didn't want to seem clingy or invasive of her time.

Asami stopped pacing. She turned and looked at her phone that was laying on her bed.

"Hmm. Maybe she'd like to hang out", Asami said to noone. "I think I'll ask".

Asami walked over to her bed. She sat down and picked up her phone.

She called Korra and put the phone to her ear. The phone was picked up on the third ring.

"Hey Asami", Korra's voice came through the phone.

Just the sound of her voice made Asami's stomach flip-flop. Asami smiled.

"Hey. You doing anything??".

"Uh nope. Why??".

"You wanna go out to eat something??. Just to do something different. I'd like to hang out with you outside my house".

"Sure. I'd love to".

Asami smiled even wider. Korra said yes. This was as close to asking the girl out that Asami was gunna get.

"I'll pick you up in 15 minutes".

"Okay. See ya soon".

"Bye".

Asami hung up. She quickly went to get dressed. She had a "date".

"So where we goin??", Korra asked.

Asami looked at her as she climbed into the car, shutting the door. Korra buckled up.

"I was thinking about a burger place".

Korra grinned. "Alright. Sounds good".

They drove away from the plaza and down the street. The two were quiet. Asami noticed and took a glance at Korra.

"So", she said. "You didn't eat lunch again at school today. Everything okay??".

Korra nodded, looking out the window. She looked down andtrwendt her hands, which were fiddling with the hoodie sleeves. The itch on her wrist was slightly burning but she kept herself under control.

"Yeah. I'm alright. I have you here, so that's good".

Asami smiled. "Well I'm honored to be in her majesty's presence", she joked, making Korra laugh.

"Yup. I'm the princess. You shall be my knight in shining armor".

Asami giggled. "Such an honor".

Korra snickered. The girls got quiet. They pulled up to Five guys. Getting out, the two walked in.

"Eat it".

Korra shook her head stubbornly.

"No".

Asami held the cheeseburger out. Asami gave her a serious look.

"Korra", Asami said. "I can hear your stomach growling. Eat".

"I'm not hungry", Korra said looking away.

Asami have her a look. Did Korra think she'd get away with not eating this time??. Nope. Asami leaned foward.
