A little bit of fun (Ziall)

Chapter 5

Well okay, it wasn't as awkward as I thought it would be. Louis and Harry really do look cute and they hadn't stopped holding hands since we got to that alley. They both ate with one hand for the sake of keeping their hands together under the table.

"So Niall..." Justin spoke up for the first time since we got into the restaurant. "It's your first time hanging out with a bunch of devils besides Zayn, right?" I nodded, blushing slightly because I was eating this cheeseburger and the ketchup managed to drop onto the table.

Sometimes, it’s glad to hide our wings once in a while and go about doing human activities. I don't do it often but when I do, I cherish the moment because I get to eat good human food in front of other humans and no one would mind.

My thoughts were interrupted when Justin cleared his throat and I blushed even more because I forgot he was asking me a question.

"Oh erm, yeah. I was always...scared I guess? I was never as brave as Harry" I said, sending Harry a sideward glance. Harry looked away from Louis for once to smile at me.

"Scared? We're not scary" Louis said. "Maybe our dicks our but never us"

I blushed and coughed. I looked away from Louis and decided to look at Zayn instead which was a huge mistake because he was wiggling his eyebrows at me suggestively. I rolled my eyes and focused on Justin instead who was bluntly checking me out. Oh gosh, what did I get myself dragged into?

"What do you do then?" I asked Justin just to stop him from staring at me. "With harry? What do you guys do besides hide from the law and all that?"

"Well..." Justin trailed off. His eyes finally left my body as he looked at his other friends with mischievous smiles. I can instantly feel myself regretting asking in the first place. 

"We can show you if you like" Louis said. His arm was now around Harry and if they're not together then what are they?

I'm happy for Harry though because I can tell that Louis likes him as much as he likes Louis. Harry has been so lonely for so long and maybe meeting Louis was the answer.

"Oh...uhm..." I said uncertainly. It doesn't take a genius to realize that what they probably do during their free time isn't legal. "I don't know..."

"Come on Ni" Harry teased, nudging my side. "You're always so tight--"

"I bet he is" Zayn snorted and I blushed.

Harry rolled his eyes at Zayn. "It doesn't hurt to have fun. Come on NI, do it for me. And when was the last time you had actual fun? Oh wait, scratch that? When was the time you had actual friends besides me?" Harry asked.

It's true. I know a lot of angels but we never said more than 10 words to each other. I guess angels are always too busy running heaven and taking care of their special humans to interact with other angels.

"Okay" I finally said.

Justin whooped; it’s probably the most enthusiastic action I have seen him do this entire night while Louis just smile pleasantly. Harry was grinning at me and Zayn was smirking at me. Ugh, that smirk. It's back again.

After we finished eating, Louis said "let's go to the mall!"

"We're out of money, Lou" Harry said while trying to search his pockets for extra cash. I don't even know where they got human cash for this meal but judging from their daily activities, I don't think I want to know.

"That's why we're going to the mall" Louis rolled his eyes as he stood up and dragged Harry along with him.

"What's that supposed to mean?" I asked.
