Marquis ( P.O.V )

I opened the box and took the necklace out as she gasped.

" This is beautiful baby " she said kissing me.

Earlier today I got her a custom made diamond necklace that had a heart, and in the middle of the heart was my initial with her initial connected together.

I took the necklace from her hands and placed it around her neck as she held her hair up.

" I love it baby " she said kissing me passionately.

" I know you would, that's why I got it " I said smiling.

It didn't have anything to eat in this house and I am so hungry. I miss having my baby home cooked meals. She could really throw down. I only know how to cook a lil sum. But I would look through cook books and online for instructions.

" Bae, I'm going out to get something to eat. You want anything ? " I asked her grabbing my wallet.

" Umm, just get me some ice cream and pickles " she said. I looked at her like she was crazy. Her and these weird ass cravings.

I nodded my head and walked out the door .

I pulled up to Walmart and locked my Chrysler 300 the new edition.

It's a really pretty day out here today. Shit, if Ari wasn't on house arrest we would be riding around.

I went to the aisle where the salmon was and got two packs of it, then I went and grabbed pasta shells, green bell pepper, onion, lemon juice, crab meat, shrimps, vanilla ice cream, and pickles . After I got done getting everything I went to check out.

" Did you find everything okay ? " the girl asked as I kept taking my things out the basket.

" Yeah " I simply said not looking at her.

" Okay, your total today is 23.75 " she said.

I got the money out of my wallet and handed it to her looking up.

I couldn't believe my eyes.

Sammie ( P.O.V )

" He wants me to be his dad " I said to Adrianna taking a drink from my wine.

" Well... " she said looking shocked. " I wanna meet him first " .

I nodded my head.

" How about we go pick him up and take him back to our house " I said.

She nodded in agreement. We got up and left the restaurant. Yes we did pay.

I called Joshua and told him that I was on my way to pick him up.

I pulled up to his house, and like me Adri was shocked when she seen the place he lived in.

He came running to the car with a hoodie on his head.

" Wassup man ? " I said as he got in the backseat.

" Nothing " he said taking his hoodie off.

We pulled up to my house and got out of the car. Joshua had quickly put his hoodie back on.

Adrianna had went in the kitchen and made him some ravioli. Joshua sat down at the table and ate it quickly.

" Thank you Ms. " he said taking his hoodie off scratching his forehead.

Me and Adrianna both looked at each other.

" Oh my gosh sweetie, what happened to your face ? " Adrianna asked him cuffing his face in her hands.

" Yesterday my mom threw me up against the wall and she had beat me with the belt because I was singing " he said crying.

I seen when Adrianna walked away crying.

" She doesn't like me ? " Joshua asked looking at me with a sad face.

" She does lil man, she's just upset " I tried to explain to him.

I got up to go see if Adri was okay. I walked in the living room to see her still crying.

" How could someone beat their child like that ? " she asked in between cries.

Adrianna is a real sensitive person when it comes to child abuse.

" How long have you known this been going on ? " she asked turning to me.

" I just recently found out " I said to her.

" We're adopting him, no questions about it " she said getting up going back to Joshua.

Arielle ( P.O.V )

I love this necklace that Quis got me, I just wish we knew the name of our son so his initial could be in there.

I'm suppose to be on bed arrest, but I hate this shit. I am not a person that likes to stay in bed all day. I like to get up and walk around.

I went to the kitchen and got some crushed ice from our machine from the fridgerator. Eating ice always makes me cool. I started this craving when I had got pregnant.

I plopped down on the couch and turned the tv on B.E.T my movie 'B.A.P.S' was on. I love how Halle Berry played that ghetto ass role. I was laughing my ass off even though I seen this movie plenty of times.

My phone started ringing and it was on the counter. I struggled to get up off the couch.

I made it to the counter and seen that I had a missed call from Sammie.

I sighed and called him back.

" Big sis, what you doing ? " he said after answering on the second ring.

" Nothing, just waiting for Quis' to get back " I said sitting back down on the couch.

" Okay, I want you to help me break the news to Adri " he said taking a deep breath.

I took a long sigh .

" Okay, be here in 40 " I said hanging up.

Oh gosh, I hope this doesn't go horrible, because I don't want to mess up the relationship between me and Drianna .

At least both of us would be giving her the news at the same time.

Just taking the chance.
