Hop on!

(Owen Grady) (Jurassic World)

"Y/N! Run!" Owen yells. I don't hesitate to do so. The feet pound against the ground in musical patterns. I've always used music in my everyday activities because it make then so much easier. The raptors are closing in. Owen slows his motorcycle down a bit.

My arms reach out to grab on to the seat, but my foot slips and I almost fall. I growl at myself and run even faster.

"Hop on!" Owen yells at me. "Don't you think I would if I could?" I yell, panting. This is why I don't run. I've got asthma. "Just trust me." Owen says. I sigh heavily.

I jump onto the back seat and Owen pulls my legs around him. "This is slightly comfortable." I mumble, out of breath. "You ok?" Owen asks, mocking what I said because I know he heard it and I can tell he's smirking. "Totally." I scoff.

Blue snaps at my side and I squeeze Owen. "Bad girl! Don't give me that crap!" Owen yells. "Now is not the time to scold her Owen."

"She eventually listens." He mumbles. I laugh just a bit and Owen speeds up. The raptors fall behind, but I can hear the sound of their feet getting faster.

Finally, we reach the shopping center. Owen pulls the motorcycle to a stop and I unwrap my legs from his torso. Owen hops off in a smooth movement.

"You like the ride, Y/N?" He asks, pulling my leg back around him. I smirk and raise an eyebrow. "Yes, yes I did," I say, leaning in for a kiss. Owen kisses back instantly and wraps a muscular arm around my hip.

"Hop on to the love train." I whisper to him. Owen laughs at my stupid phrase. I smile at making him laugh. "I've always loved you, Y/N. Even if you worked with Claire." Owen says. I unwrap my leg from his torso once again. "I was always against her and I've always admired your spunk, Owen," I tell him, smirking once again.

"Well, that's convenient." "Yep, we might as well get the nephews." I say, getting back on track. "Hop on, babe."
