"How much more worthless could you be?!" She slerd loudly with a bottle of Jack in hand as she tried to focus on her reflection. She studied herself the mirror, make up smeared all down her face, her clothing torn and dirty. A year ago if you would have told her that's what her life would come to she would have laughed at you and squashed you like a bug, but now, she is the bug.
"You're horrible" she screamed into the mirror and she threw her now empty bottle of Jack Daniels at it. The mirror shattered and so did her reflection. She walked away and into her hotel bedroom.

She grabbed the pack of half gone smokes off the table and took out another to smoke. The clock read, 7:48. A new record she thought to herself. She plopped herself down into her chair and lit the cigarette in-between her lips. Taking a long drag she closed her eyes. It didn't bother to think how much this would cost, but hell not much bothered her anymore now that she's an alcoholic. Her life was spiraling out of control and all she was going to do was get shit faced and smoked like a chimney.

The next morning she woke up to the sound of someone banging on her door saying it was time to check out. She got up and quickly gathered her things. Her hangover was horrendous and her makeup looked worse. An uber pulled up in front of the hotel to take her to her meeting. Great, she though, I look like I just spent the night with some hookers and blow. She did her best to make herself look descent while bouncing around in the back of the car. When they arrived she thanked the man and quickly got out. As she quickly walked through the lobby with a few stumbles here and there she heard someone calling her name over her shoulder.
"Amanda!" The person had finally caught up to her. It was her manager. "What the hell happened to you?! You look terrible." She sniffed in the air. "Are...are you drunk?" She asked surprised. Amanda stopped to look at Britney,
"Not any more." She glared. "Where am I going?"
"Third floor and fast. You're 5 minutes late." Amanda rolled her eyes at Britney and kept on her way to the elevator.

Once in the elevator she looked at herself in the reflective walls. What the hell was she doing? She just bit off the head of her manager who has been super nice to her and is 5 minutes late to a meeting shed normally be 15 minutes early to, plus shed look a hell of a lot better than this. Her head throbbed. The elevator stopped, the doors open and she walked out into a huge glass room filled with people.
"Amanda, so glad you're here." A kind gentleman said to her, she smiled, or attempted to anyways. Then an arm links with her, Jack.
"What hell! First you look horrible and second your late!" Her best guy friend in all time at her side. "I look stupid all by myself, it isn't just the Jack show, as much as I'd like that, its not." She sighed. She even let Jack down, how many people was she going to let down in her life? 10? 15? 20? All of them?
