Chapter 7

••Cataleya's POV••

It's been three days since I was in the hospital. The doctor let me out as fast as he can because I was already growling. And it's also been three days, and Zach's still here. I don't get his point in staying here, I'm fine. No rouges or whatever.

"You're mates duh" Avery told me in a matter of fact tone.

Back to reality. Here I was sirtting in my couch, eating junk foods, suddenly Zach comes in and bwallah! A war has been born! Kidding! Just a lame argument about him going home.

"You're not yet fine! You couldn't even balance yourself or walk around that much. And I'm sure as hell you'll tire yourself, especially now that Jake and James aren't here" he stubbornly rants everything! Why is he even my mate? He's annoying. Just like him

"Hell no! Go pack to your own pack, Alpha. You don't have business here." I crossed my arms and fought with him. We just fought back and fort like kids never agreeing on the same game we're going to play. Suddenly, James entered followed by Jake. They have clear amusment in their eyes. Probably because two legandary alphas are fighting like kids instead of being mature.

"Do you have popcorn?" Jake whispered to James. But I sure did that I heard it. I growled so loud that the house almost shooked. "Get. Out." I ordered them all. They moved out, even Zach. Well that's surprising, maybe I'm stronger. Or maybe just because of that? Whatever.

Finally! I was all alone. Hmm, what should I do? Maybe a movie marathon then sleep? Yes. That's a big yes for me. I went to the kitchen and grabbed some foods. After setting up the movies I started.

It's been dark outside when I woke up. Hmm, I probably slept while watching. I picked up the trash and threw it. When I was about to go upstairs and take a bath, I noticed a note at the coffee table. I picked it up. Gasping, I immediately threw the paper. Impossible! How did he get here?! Shouldn't patrol noticed him? And there's a question running through my mind. How did he survived for years?

I was starting to get a panick attack that he mightbe lurking around me. He caused me an unbearble pain that lead me to this closed up cold chienne. If he didn't showed up and made me remember everything I wouldn't be like this. I should be happy that my mate is with me. That I'm one of the strongest of the strongest Alpha in the world. I should be happy with everything. Not like this!

My heart rate is starting to speed up. My body is trembling with fear and anger. My throat is closing up, I can't breathe. There's a pain in my chest. I curled up in a ball, clutching my chest. Suddenly, my door opened. I wanted to see who is it but I can't turn around. Then hands touched me and I felt sparks, I know who it is already.

"Shhh, breathe Cas. In. Out. In. Out. There you go, just breathe. I'm right here, don't worry. No ones going near you. I promise" he said with full determination. I looked at him, I calmed down already, well except for my heart beating like it just finished a marathon. I noticed how I was positioned. I was at his lap, curled in a ball and his hand is at my bakc and the other one is at mt legs. It should be a bridal style but considering how I'm curled up.

"Promise?" I asked him. I didn't bother to cover up my fear. I just don't want a repeat of everything. Especially now that I found him. "Promise. But you need to let me in Cas. I need to know what happened. I don't like seeing you like this knowing I have no idea why. Please Cas, please" he pleaded. It broke my heart to see and hear him like this. But it's hard. I never let anyone in. James and Jake was with me the day I changed so they knew.

"It's hard. But I'll try my best. And not now please" I told him my face hiding in his chest. If I didn't go into panic attack I probably pushed him away. But considering I'm to vulnerable right now, I might as well enjoy having him by me side. I instantly hugged him. My hands went directly at his neck and my head on his shoulder. He tensed up, maybe because I was always pushing him. But he quickly relaxed and his arms went to my waist and hugged me tightly. I sighed in content.

"Are you hungry?" He gently asked. I just nodded, I felt too tired to speak after what happened. He went to place me at the sofa but I didn't let go. Sensing my message he carried me to the kitchen. His one arm supporting me like I weigh nothing while the other one was getting the food on the table. He must have bought them when he went out. Sitting down, I sat properly on his sat but still hugging him. And him hugging me too. He was feeding me while I lay there. We didn't talk to each other, just sat there in complete silence. We're contented with being with each other.

After eating, he cleaned up, me still in his arms. He walked upstairs and opened my door. He put me in my bed. He was about to go but I caught his hands, he looked at me. "Can you stay?" I asked softly. He just nodded. He went beside me and wrapped his arms around me. My head under his chin facing his chest.

What a day. Forgetting the note.

"Dear Queen,

Oh looks like you found him already yeah? How about another repeat of the past? Ohhh does he know? Is he him? Hahahaha! Kidding. See you soon majesty. I'll be watching :)"

It was written in blood. And the worst thing is, it smelled like his blood. He won't get away from me this time.

And there you go! Sorry for the late upload, I'm still in school and I have a lot of things to do. What about a cheer for Zach and Cas? Omg they cuddled up! But what would happen tomorrow? Well I guess you'll find out soon.
