Chapter Six: No Please Dont

Nana: When I saw prince cry I started balling I felt so bad and I know he felt worse.
Prince got up and ran out I followed him but then I lost him I think he went home.
I called him a bunch of times and he didnt answer.
I called roc and he gave me prince's adress and I ran too his house.
I knocked on the door no answer.
I took a rock and broke the window and climbed through.
I gasped and I fell in tears when I saw prince on the couch with blood gushing from his wrist.
1 2 3 4 5 6 cut marks I started to ball.
I called 911 and they came and got prince.

~At The Hospital~

Still Nana Pov

I am in the waiting room and then prod ray and roc show up.

Ray: How is he.
I said nothing.

Prod: Nakeatah you have to talk to us.

Roc: Yeah what happened please tell us.

Nana: Prince's mom died this morning once he found out he ran home and then he cut himself six times.

All: How did she die?

Nana: Someone would go visit her and they would give her drugs and the drugs contained a chemical that killed her slowly until she finally died this morning.
I wish I knew who did this.

Nurse: Ok you may go see your friend now.
We all ran to prince's room.

Nana: Prince I'm so glad your ok oh my gosh I was so worried.

Prince: I am too.

Roc: Oh are you.

Prince: Yes I am.

Roc: So you cut yourself in your wrist right not anywhere else.
Prince nodded his head then roc punched him in the arm.

Prince: Ahh what the fuck man shit that hurt.

Roc: Good hopefully I punched some sense into you what the fuck makes you think its ok to freakin cut yourself.
I am happy that shit hurt.
Prince cleared his throat and said.

Prince: Nigga I ate that shit.
Breakfast Lunch and Dinner bitch I ate that.
Then he kissed his fingers.
We all laughed then I looked at the time.
Oh shit it 8:00 I better get home my mom gon' whoop my ass.

Nana: I gotta go home my mom gon kill me.
I was gonna give prince a hug but we arent dating so I gave him daps in stead and I waved bye to the boys and ran home. I got home and went threw the back. As soon as I got to the back door my moms car parked outside. I dipped in the house and I ran upstairs turned on my tv and hopped in my bed. I heard her heels and I could tell she was walkin upstairs. She opened my door.

Nana: Hey mom how was work?

N.M.: Good how was school?

Nana: Good.

N.M: So um where did you after school today because it was 7:30 I came home expecting you to be here and you werent. I went to your school and they said you left with a boy. Am I correct.

Nana: Shit.
I mumbled to myself.

N.M: What was that.

Nana: Nothin ma Im sorry. I wont do it again.

N.M: You damn right you wont because ya ass is grounded for a month. Give me your phone.
I handed her my phone reluctantly. She walked out but came back in.

N.M: And dont think I didnt see ya ass go through that back door either. Thinkin you slick. Do ya damn home work and go get ready for dinner now.

Nana: Ight ma damn shut up bye now.

N.M: Im sorry shut up? SHUT UP?

Nana: I didnt stutter ma.

N.M: Ight this attitude you have you gotta put it in an envelope through a stamp on it and send it back to where it came from because it wont be tolerated in this house. If you wanna be big wait until you 18 until then you are still in my house.

Nana: I'll be counting the days.

N.M: Alright thats it 3 months your grounded I dont give a damn.

Nana: But ma-

N.M: Say sum else see if I wont make it 4.

Nana: Ok mom Im sorry may I please be alone so I can do my homework.
She rolled her eyes and shut my door. On dawgs I wanna slap the shit outta her sometimes.
