I wake up to my alarm, playing Over and Out. I dance to it in bed with my eyes still closed, but a smile plastered on my face. I open them, grab my phone to shut off my alarm and sit up.
Staring at the posters on the wall at the other side of my room I just ask myself.
Did that really happen? I'm not dreaming right?
Who in this world would even send me those? Meet and Greet for fucking 5SOS!
Those are hard to get because you can only win them! I got us Soundcheck-Tickets for about 3 shows that we are going to and even THAT would be hard to get since a lot of people want Soundcheck.
But why would someone get Meet and Greet for ME and how? And that person didn't even put a name or a letter to it. I'm just so confused.
Looking back down to my phone I quickly open Twitter.
Somehow I have a lot of notifications, like more than usually. Something is going on.
I clicked on the notification button and saw a lot of people congratulating me and having 5SOS tagged on the tweets. Some of them are also saying that I should look at my YouTube video?
Oh my... My followers went from 12k to 23k over night. What's happening?
I quickly tweet @livbenett: Thank you aaaall for the congrats and hi to all the new followers I don't know what's going on tbh.
Getting out of bed, I make my way to the living room where I left my laptop. I can smell delicious food from the kitchen.
"Honey! Eat some breakfast! I made pancakes and bacon as celebration." I hear my mom shouting. She probably heard me coming down the stairs.
Sitting down on the chair across from my brother who is eating his pancakes with chocolate chips and minding his own business with his phone, my mom pops out from the kitchen and places a plate with two pancakes and some stripes of bacon in front of me. I think I'm drooling.
"I saw your video last night and wanted to come in and congratulate you, but you were already asleep once I opened your door. You have no idea who could have sent it to you?" She smiles.
I take a piece of bacon and bite into it.
"I really don't. I mean the fans are really sweet and sometimes send me a ton of things, but nothing THIS big. It's insane." I tell her.
She just smiles and sits beside me eating her own breakfast.
After eating all my breakfast and putting the plate into the sink, I finally get a hold on my laptop and open YouTube.
My eyes widen at what I see. "Oh my god! The views! How? What?"
Okay, now I feel extremely oblivious.
There were a bit more than 20.000 views on it after 12 hours!
I quickly open a new tab for Twitter.

After not even a minute I see people tweeting me.

My eyes grow wide and my right hand is placed on my mouth. What. The. Fuck.
I jump up and down, fist pumping into the air and scream at the top of my lungs. Mom runs to the couch where I just sat a second ago and has a panicked expression until she realizes that I'm actually excited.
"Why are you screaming? What happened now?" She asks me calmly.
"I haven't seen the tweet yet, but apparently 5SOS replied to the link of my video!" I tell her with a high-pitched voice and quickly go to the 5SOS profile on Twitter.

I can't believe it. "How did I get this lucky, mom?" I whisper with a single tear rolling down my cheeks. Who of the boys wrote this?
"You deserve it, love. I mean you have been supporting this band for a while now." She hugs me tight and gives me a kiss on my forhead.
"Thanks, mom. I'm glad you aren't like the others who think their child is crazy for being obsessed with bands." I tell her.
"Oh, darling. I totally approve of this band. I was once a fangirl too back when NSYNC were still on. I know exactly how you feel." She says and we both laugh.
"I need Jules here." I say as I grab my phone to call her.
"Hello?"
"You should probably come earlier now. Be quick! And take your luggage with you! You're not going home tonight!!" I tell her.
"Yeah yeah don't stress me it's too early for that." She says and hangs up.
While waiting for her I look at the tweet again and screenshot it. I think I will print this out and put it on my wall. This is unbelievable. These guys seriously never fail to make me smile on the most random times.
I write a bit in a group dm, freaking out with my other friends, when I hear Jules coming into the house. She doesn't even have to ring the bell anymore, it's like her second home already.
She runs right to my side and tackles me on the couch. "I saw what happened and I can't believe it. They saw the video Liv! They saw the freaking video and I am in it too!" She screams and runs around the room with her arms up in the air. Yeah, my friend is a weirdo, but then again, I am too.
She stopps and looks at me "We have to celebrate this today! What do you wanna do?"
"What do you say about meeting up with Paul and Ralph at the Ice Cream Shop?" I wiggle my eyebrows at her.
She just rolls her eyes "I will text them to be there in 15".
I like teasing her about Paul. They both have a crush on eachother, but no one wants to make a move. Doffus.
