The man wore a white suit and glowed intensely with the moonlight. He smiled at us and I will never forget the beautiful words that came out of his mouth. His voice was strong, soothing, and rang throughout the whole cave.
"My children." He said, looking down at us. "Do not be afraid, for I am the Great Lord of Time. I have come from the end of the universe to tell you this message. This is the final prophecy of Gallifrey. The Great Wolf Prophecy. Are you willing to listen and embrace your destiny?"
Ash and I looked at each other and then nodded at the strange glowing man.
"Good." He said. "Here is the prophecy;
'When the moon is at it's strongest, they will take form.
The last children of Gallifrey will answer the call.
When white goes rouge, like a winter's storm,
Black will keep white at bay, and stand tall.
When Black and White come together, the universe will be in surprise,
As one will fall, and one will rise.'"
As the last words rang throughout the cave, the man glowed brighter until he disappeared.
Then the cave started to shake and Ash looked at me.
"C'MON!" He yelled. "THE CAVE IS COMING DOWN!"
We ran out of the cave as fast as we could and looked back, as the rocks came down. Once we were out and as far from the cave as we could run, we stopped and tried to get our breathing under control.
"Ouch..." I said. "That was a close one."
"Yeah." Ash agreed. He looked down and admired his wolf body. "I like this!"
"Yeah, so do I!" I said, looking at my own wolf body.
I was just thinking of what I looked like as a Timelord, when my body started to change. It definitely felt weird. In a few seconds, I was standing on two feet, looking down at a new body.
"Woah!" Ash exclaimed. "How did you do that?"
"I don't really know." I said. "I was just wondering what I looked like as a Timelord and then my body started to change. C'mon, I know you can do it too. Just think about being a Timelord again."
I watched as his body started to change. Let me tell you something, changing your own body may feel weird, but actually watching someone else change is just plain creepy. I mean, there is the whole fur retracting thing and... I shivered. It was not a pretty sight.
After he changed we looked at each other admiring our new faces. He had short black hair and I had long white hair, but other than that we looked identical.
"What did that guy mean?" Ash asked. "Last children of Gallifrey? We can't be the last ones, can we?"
"I don't know." I said, deep in thought.
I was just contemplating on what the man said, when an unidentified flying object came flying past our heads. We watched as it landed nearby. When it screamed a phrase out loud, we knew exactly what it was.
It screamed out, "EXTERMINATE!" Ash and I looked at each other with equal fear in our eyes.
Then a new sound reached our ears, unlike anything we have ever heard before. It was soothing, yet, at the same time, it sounded like nails on a chalkboard. A big blue box appeared and a man opened the door. He wore a blue suit with a brown trench coat. He waved out his arms toward us.
"Boys!" He yelled. "Get in!"
