Taylor POV
"Okay, let's see I'm married to Alec, but Embry imprinted on me. I don't love Embry. I mean he's cute and all. I just don't love love him like how I'm in love with Alec." stated Taylor. Everyone just stared at her confused.
"What did you say?" asked Emmett confused.
"I said, I love Alec not Embry. But Embry's the one who imprinted on me, not Alec. Comprendo?" He just nods his head.
"But how is that possible!?" Jacob asked the question that was on everyone's mind.
"Maybe because Taylor loves Alec so much that imprinting doesn't work on her?" Suggested Nessie.
Jasper shook his head. "If she did love Alec that much then I should been able to felt it."
"But isn't Taylor married to Alec! If she is, then how can she fall in love with some one else?" Asked Nessie. No one knew the answer. It was getting complicated and people were getting frustrated.
Carlisle POV
Why didn't I think of it before! "Taylor, since you're married to Alec\ it means that you are his and his only?" Taylor nodded. Suddenly her eyes grew wider realising what I meant.
"Because I'm wearing the ring that Alec gave me, I don't feel anything towards Embry, right? Because when you're married you love only that person," said Taylor as I nodded in agreement.
Her hands automatically went towards the ring, but she suddenly stop. Her eyes met Alec's, knowing what he must do, he gave her a small nod. Taylor slowly slipped off her ring and handed it back to Alec.
Jasper POV
I could feel what everyone was feeling when Taylor took off her ring. But the most powerful emotion was from Alec. I understand why, Taylor wasn't going to be his anymore.
Alec POV
I felt as though my world was falling apart as Taylor slowly handed me back her ring. I understand that she didn't mean to hurt me, but it did. It slowly tore me apart. I wouldn't hurt Embry because I might not know it, but I could be hurting Taylor if he did imprinted on her. I just hope that she wouldn't feel anything towards him and still be in love with me. I love her and it's just so hard to let her go.
"Jacob!!!" screamed Leah and Seth, both running in. "It's Embry, he's hurt! We don't know what happen but, Jared found him bleeding and all. And we need Carlisle, they don't want to take him to the hospital 'cause they think its werewolf related!"
