Chapter 5 ~ Wedding Date

Taylor POV

I couldn't believe what Alec had just asked me. I took a deep breath and said, "Yes."

 He picked me up and twirl me around with happiness gleaming in his eyes. "I love you, Tay."

"I love you too, Alec," I replied.

Nessie POV

Mom and Dad went back into the house, already. It was getting dark out so Jake and I started walking back. "Jake, can you carry me, pleassse. I'm really, really tired. Plllllllllllllease, Jake. Pretty pllllllllllllllllllllllease."

"Fine." He bent down, and I quickly hopped onto his back and wrapped my arms around his neck.

We headed the wrong direction at first, so we had to turn around. I didn't bother asking Jake; I showed him with my mind. He sighed and went off to change into a wolf. I hopped back onto his back and he started walking us home. We were still walking when I heard the voices- no I'm not going insane, there were voices- about half way home.

 "Jake," I whispered, not wanting to get caught by whoever was talking. I got off of him so, he could change back. When he came back, we climbed up the trees around where we heard the voices. Jake could leap from tree to tree while I pretty much flew from every branch. He stayed in one tree and I was in one close by on another branch.

"Taylor, would you marry me?" we heard Alec ask. 

"Yes." 

I squealed and almost fell off the tree. I was incredibly happy for them. 

"Shush, Nessie. They're coming," whispered Jacob. I nodded my head keeping my mouth shut. Alec and Taylor ran right passed us not knowing we where there. How lucky of us? Once they were gone, Jake and I started to head home, again.

Jasper POV

"Alice?" I asked. She just finished having another vision. She smiled at me. Oh, no. This can't be good, I thought. I could hear Edward smirking downstairs. 

Alice quickly whispered, "Alec just proposed to Taylor, and they'll be home in about 5 minutes." 

So the two are finally getting married. Of course, my Alice is never wrong. Unless someone change their minds.

They were home in 5 minutes- just as Alice had said they would- and a few minutes later Nessie and Jacob came through. Everyone was in the living room, and we didn't want to be left out. So Alice and I went down to join them. The excitement from Alice was almost driving me nuts. I tried to calm her down, but it didn't help too much. "Alice, could you calm down just a little?"

"Sure, Jazz." And she did- just a little bit. The ring on Taylor's hand was pretty noticeable. No, hiding that from a family of vamps.

Nessie looked like she was going to explode, but before she did Taylor spoke first. "Renesmee, next time don't stop and listen to what Alec and I are saying." 

Emse came out with a tray of food, for the two non-vamps- Nessie and Jacob. Esme quickly noticed the ring. 

"Taylor?" asked Esme. She knew what she meant. If vampires could blush, then Taylor would have been pretty red.

"What, sis. You scared?" asked Emmett teasing.

"NO!" Taylor yelled back.

"Guys." sighed Esme.

"I proposed to her," said Alec.

"So. When's the wedding?" asked Nessie.

"Tomorrow," sang Alice.

"What!? Tomorrow!?" exclaimed Alec and Taylor.

"Yup" Alice replied popping the p.

Rosalie POV

Everyone was up all night, trying to get the house ready for the wedding in the morning. Well, almost everybody, except for Nessie and Jake. Emmett, well, he was messing around with the decorations with Jasper. 

"Stop that!" yelled Alice as she came back from the car hands full of decorations. It was a good thing we were all vampires- no need for sleep. Alice had already ordered everyones' outfits for tomorrow and it was being express shipping. We had the whole thing set up by 3 in the morning. 

"Finally," sighed Emmett and Taylor. Emmett and Taylor are so much alike. They could almost be twins. Hmmm. If we move again, Emmet and Taylor could be twins, I thought. 

"Maybe." Edward answered my unspoken question. Everyone went out hunting after the last decoration was up.
