The Hospital

Stephanie's POV-

One minute I was playing with Liam, the next I was struggling to keep myself from drowning which I failed at terribly. All I can remember so far was Niall rushing over to get me and then black. Then I woke up but I was dizzy and then black. I was so frustrated with myself for fainting.

"Oh Mrs. Martinez, your finally awake." Said a middle aged man walking in the door, obviously the doctor.

"Uhm not to be rude but um where's my friends?" I asked.

He smiled. "They're outside waiting for you to wake up. Would you like me to send them in?" He asked.

I smiled. "Yes please."

He nodded and walked out the door. A few moment later Niall came running through the door.

"Oh my god Stephanie! Your okay, I was so worried." He pulled me in for a big hug.

The other boys came running in shortly after."Stephanie!" They all yelled and ran over to give me a group hug.

"Cant..Breath!" I said while being squished by the five lads. They all back off and muttered 'sorry'.

The doctor suddenly walked in. "So Ms. Martinez your free to go home." He said clamping his hands together smiling. He began walked out the room with all the boys.

I smiled. "I am, great thanks doc." I said slowly getting up. I looked up at Liam holding out his hand to help me up.

"Here love, I'll help you." He said smiling. I took his hand and got up I stumbled and almost fell over. Thankfully Liam caught me but it ended up as if he dipped me. Our faces were so close and sudden movements we would've kissed. He began to lean in and I slightly felt his lips before we heard a throat clear. I stood up straight and looked at Niall. He looked pissed, while Liam was blushing like a mad man.

"Oh pardon me I didn't to interrupt your ehh make out session, I was just coming up to see if Stephanie was alright. But she's obviously just dandy." Niall said throwing his hands in the air. His face was fire engine read, signaling he was beyond pissed off. He stormed out of the room.

"I..I'm sorry Stephanie I just..I'm sorry." Liam said looking ashamed and embarrassed.

"Liam it's alright, but you and I are going to have to talk, but later I have to go after Niall." I said he just nodded as I ran after Niall.

Liam's POV-

OH MY GOD. What did I do? I can't believe I just did that to Niall, everyone here knows how he feels about Steph. Yet the one person he thought would never do this is the one person who did. I sat on the hospital bed and put my head in my hands. What am I going to do?

Stephanie's POV-

I kept running and calling Niall's name but he wouldn't stop or even turn back. Eventually it began to rain and that slowed him down a bit.

"Niall please stop!" I begged.

He stopped and turned around his eyes were all red and puffy. "What do you want?" He said his voice cracked several times.

"Niall please explain to me on why your so mad? I don't understand I thought we were best friends were supposed to tell each other everything no matter what?" I said.

He looked into my eyes and his eyes began to water before speaking. "Do you like Liam?" He asked ignoring everything I just said. Do I like Liam? I mean he's very attractive and he pretty much kinda acts like a boyfriend to me and for the past few days we've been like all over each other. Not like that. No I couldn't I like Niall, no one else.
