Hye ,ok this another chapter I am gonna be like hosting , not like the lately chapter that I am just get the pic and let you know ingredients ...bla blaaa..and nutrition so ever. Blend all ingredients together until smooth. Makes one serving. So easy right ? So get all the ingredients and blend all over ,its also taste great.
