"So, are you going to our concert?" Carlos asks, breaking the silence.
"Uhm, yeah."
"You don't have to buy the tickets. You can come to the backstage with us," James smiles.
"Really?"
4 of them nod their heads. Dorks.
"So....are you single?" Logan asks and Kendall hits Logan's head.
"Ouch!" Logan moans and I laugh.
"Yeah, I am." I chuckle.
"Sorry about Logan. He's just so stupid." Carlos says.
"No, it's okay. I'm a Rusher, you guys." I laugh.
"Really? Wow." Logan smiles.
I smile back at him and mom comes back to us with cookies.
"Cookies!" 4 of them squealed. Then, they eat the cookies while I laugh looking at them.
After they finish the cookies, "Uhm, we have to go to our hotel," Carlos whimpers.
"We'll see you at the concert. Logan will pick you up." James says.
Logan smiles and I chuckle.
After they leave, "Looks like Logan fancies you," Mom smirks.
"What? No." I blurt out.
"I was joking." She chuckles.
Mon picks up the plate and dad arrives home. Shit.
"Who are those boys?" He asks sitting down on the couch.
"Big Time Rush,"
"Oh, that kiddy band?" Dad laughs.
"Can you not call them a fucking kiddy band? I'm getting sick of you, okay? They're the reason why I'm happy until today." I say furiously.
He raises and eyebrow while looking at me. "Fine then. Keep loving your so called lifesaver."
I look at him and run upstairs. He just doesn't understand me. I hate him. I don't want him. I just don't want to live anymore. I've had enough of his bullshit. He keeps talking bad about the guys and it makes me sick. I want to die.
I cry on my bed then mom enters my room. "Leave me alone!" I cry out loud.
"Honey, ignore your dad. I'm actually happy you found someone that makes you happy." Mom smiles slightly.
"You are?"
"Yes."
"Thanks, mom." I hug her tight. She smiles then walks out of my room.
I notice it's only 6 pm. I decide to go out for a while. I just want some time on my own. I wipe off my tears and walk downstairs. Dad's sleeping on the couch. I walk out slowly and shut the door after me. I walk around the town. I actually have no idea where the hell am I going. Then, I bump into Logan.
"Hey, Kait!" He says happily.
"Hi," I breathe.
"What are you doing here?" He asks.
"Just walking around but why are you walking here all alone without any securities? Aren't you afraid that Rushers will see you and I don't know. Jump on you?"
He laughs and, "Nah, I just want some time alone."
"Care for a coffee?" I smile.
"Sure, love." He smiles back and grabs my wrist. Then, we walk to the nearest coffee shop.
I ordered a cup of hot chocolate and so did Logan.
As we sit down in silence, "So, tell me a little about your family." Logan fake coughed.
"Oh..Uhm...I'm the only child. My mom works for our family and not my dad. He drinks too much and he's a fucking lazy ass." I explain.
"Oh, I'm sorry about that." Logan murmurs.
"It's okay,"
"So, you've been best friends with James for years, eh?"
"Yep." I chuckle. "But, I didn't actually expect him to have a girlfriend." I whisper.
"So, about the concert. Does your dad knows about it?" Logan asks, sipping on his hot chocolate.
I shake my head, "No. In fact, he doesn't have to."
Logan laughs and looks at his watch.
"Oh, shit. I'm sorry. Got to go. Dinner with the guys. See ya soon." He smiles as he walks away.
