There are actually three Summers brothers. The youngest brother is called Gabriel Summers aka Vulcan and he is classified as Omega Level Mutant. He took over the Shii'ar Empire single-handedly and nearly killed Adam Warlock, who in case you didn't know is in possession of an Infinity Stone. He is considered one of the most powerful mutants there are, and is also considered an Omega Level Threat, alongside Hulk.
