Cold wing gently licked at some of your body that wasn't covered by your black cloak that you wore. Shivering lightly, you continued to walk on through the swampy water you were walking through, every time your boots would sink into the wet mud made your feet itch due to the holes at the bottoms of them. Shutting your (e/c) eyes, you suddenly realized that this was already something terrible if you didn't find food or shelter soon. Thunder roared in the dark gray clouds in the sky as the wind picked up and the tall grass hit your face.

'This is not good, I've been out here for more than 3 and a half months, and yet I'm failing now.' You thought, trying your best to stay calm but failed as lightning struck a tree. You paused and turned around as the tree was falling toward you. Its bare branches glowing in a bright yellow, orange and red. You would have moved, but you were frozen in fear. Suddenly another clash of lightning hit the already falling tree and a huge branch snapped off and came flying torwads you, that made you snap out of your frozen state, and so you bolted away as fast a you could. You didn't care if water got on your clothes, you didn't care about the pouring rain that came from the thick dark gray clouds, you didn't care about the chilly wind, you only cared about getting away from the flaming tree that was going to crush you while the flames will eat at your body. Your legs begged to stop because you were running faster then you ever did in your whole life, but you ignored their request and kept zapping threw the wind like a bird in a tornado. Your breath caught in your throat for a moment as the branch fell beside you, and you yelped in pain as fire caught of your worn out boots, already burning it to a crisp. Stopping, you quickly patted it down and tried to run again.

But..... You were to late.

The tree fell on you and made your body twist in a weird way. "HELP!!!" You shrieked out in pain, you heard it echo but you knew no one would be in this swamp or get to you in time.

You were going to die.

Your mind swirled with thoughts and questions of why you left the safety of your house. Even though you knew the answer.

The pain keeps going.

Your heart swelled with pain, pain of hatred. Through your half lidded eyes, you saw all the memories flash before you.

You couldn't do anything to stop the pain.
No matter how much you tried moving, your body wouldn't budge. It stayed in place.

You wanted to live.
You suddenly saw a white cat with the most bright blue eyes ever. It looked young, but it's eyes held much wisdom.

'You were going to live.'

A female voice whispered in your head, your tear soaked face felt like it was drying off. The heavy tree felt lighter and the flames that were eating at your body felt like it's never been there. Your burning flesh felt like cold ice instead of hot lava. The pure white cat came closer to you, and with every step it took, you could no longer feel the tree weighing you down, the flames clicking against you skin, your burnt skin and your tear stained face. Instead, you felt more powerful and full of life. As it stood in front of you, it bent it's head down and touched your nose with it's nose. At once you opened your mouth and tried to scream at all the energy coursing through your veins, but nothing came out. The bright blue eyed she-cat then lifted it's held up and stood strait and tall.

'You are not going to die if you have faith in yourself. Be the loving girl you are, not the mean one, kindness is your strength, be nice to others. No matter what.'

The same voice in your head told you, your head started hurting and your eyelids felt heavy, so you closed them.

You awoke in the swamp on a smooth rock. You, being the curious girl, looked around and slowly stood up, taking in your surroundings "Why am I at the beginning of the swamp again?" You murmured to yourself, tilting your head to the side a bit. You seemed more happy and energised than ever, and it confused you. Jumping off the rock, you realized how bad your legs were begging to run. However, you didn't. Deep inside you knew you were scared of the dream you had with the lightning catching the tree of fire and it toppling over. It crashed on you and you saw a white she-cat with bright blue eyes staring at you. You were scared the dream would come true, but you do remember how real it felt, how you thought the first part was real and it stopping when the tree caught on fire. A strong wind came blowing at you and a cracking and flash stopped you your tracks, the rain hit your face hard as you looked up. You saw a tree on fire falling down and another crack of lightning hit one of the branches.

'This is just like the dream.'

Your legs moved faster then your brain worked, the tree was only inches before you bolted to your right side, making the branch it the water instead of your body. You ran faster away from the flames as the tree was about to crash into you. Stopping, you looked behind you only to see the tree about 34 feet behind you. 'Wow, I guess I was full of energy.' You thought happily. You stood straight and ran through the swamp, you didn't mind that the water splashed on you, to be honest it felt like when you were 2 and you ran through puddles every time it rained. Finally, after a good six minutes of running, you came across land and slowed your pace as you got closer. Your eyelids felt heavy for some reason as you got to a shadowed clearing that was surrounded by thick oak trees, brambles, thick ferns, and tall bushes. The muddy ground had little stubs of grass growing so you decided to sleep here. You sheltered under a tall rock and crawled in a little burrow in the ground, it looked abandoned so you thought it was safe. Curling up and closing your eyes, you hoped you would see that cat again so you could thank her.

_____________

A rustling noise broke your slumber, you opened your tired eyes a little bit, but didn't move. Thinking this was just a dream, you tried to go back to sleep, but a male voice broke your train of thought.

"Why did you leave the camp?! I told you to guard it!" An angry voice yelled. Once you heard it, you panicked.

'I have no where to go, and they sound close by. What am I going to do?'

"I-I'm s-"

"Sorry doesn't cut it!"

"Oww, why did you hit me with your hammer?!" The second voice cried out in pain. The first voice didn't answer, which made a chill run up your spine from the quietness.

"Someone's been here thanks to you!" The voice hissed in the clearing. "I can see their footprints!" At that last sentence, you held your breath and widened your (e/c) eyes. You peaked out of your hiding spot, only to come face to face with a blue eyed male. You quickly bolted out of the burrow and ran out of the clearing.

"GET BACK HERE YOU THEIF!" The boy yelled at you, you ran quicker as you heard his footsteps running at you. As you ran the fastest you could go, which was pretty fast, you heard the footsteps were gone quickly and looked back.

Only to trip and be to tired to pull yourself off the ground.

Bushes rustled and out came a midnight black cat with dark crimson eyes. You shook with fear as you looked into tthe crimson pools to see fire, death and blood. Unlike the white cat that was sweet and gentle, this cat looked evil and greedy. It's fur had patches of fur missing and it had multiple scars along it's buff body.

'Hello little girl.' A sinister, deep, male voice chuckled in your mind. It came closer to you and you felt battle hungry, your nails grew a bit sharper and you felt scars along your body, though when you looked at your arm you couldn't see any. Invisible claws and teeth pierced your body, it hurt, but you wouldn't let it stop you from yelling out in pain. The tom-cat came closer and you saw him put a clawed paw on your forehead and push them in. You reeled back a little bit, but kept your eyes open. You felt blood trickle down the wound so you were about to close your eyes when the evil looking tom spoke in your head.

'You are going to get torn apart if you be kind to others. Let the evil out of you so you can be free, don't be kind. Greed and power is your only hope for survival, kindness tells others how weak you are. Show no mercy to others, no matter what it takes.' The sinister voice chuckled as the corners of it's jaws twisted into a smirk. That scared you. Cats can't smile. It took it's clawed paw off of your head, and you saw blood on the tips of the claws. Then it all went black.

You found yourself back were you fell, and saw blood on your hands from them being on your forehead. You got up and felt thirsty for blood, your nails were still a bit sharp and your body felt more stronger then normal.

"THERE SHE IS!" A voice screamed out, you recognized it, and you smirked while licking your lips.

You were going to give that boy a piece of your mind...
