You and Luke were heading down to the beach for a fun and exciting day. The sun was shining bright and the weather was not too hot. Perfect for a beach day.
Once you arrived you and Luke excited the car and walked hand in hand onto the beach and felt the brisk air hit your skin leaving you refreshed. As you reached the sand you removed your sandals and walked bare footed in the warm sand. You looked up to Luke with his shades on. He looked like a perfect beach hottie, and you were glad he was yours.
You and like decided to lay your towels down near the water and laid down on the beach side by side. "Luke, I love you" you said as Luke turned to you with a smile. "I love you too." He kissed your lips softly and when he pulled away he but your lip because he knew you loved it. Luke always did those little things to remind you he knew everything about you inside and out.
Hours past of just laying there beside him, but you wouldn't have rather spent your time any other way. You decided to go into the water so you stood up and pulled Luke with you. Or at least you attempted. "No, let me lay here" he pouted lazily. "No Luke c'mon we're here for a reason, please" you begged and he sighed and got up. "Only because I love you" he said sweetly kissing your lips gently before dragging you into the water.
Just before you entered the water you begged Luke to carry you on his shoulders. "Alright babe, hold on tight" he said before spinning around and you laughed. Then you felt Luke stumble and you both fell under the water together. "Luke!" You yell playfully hitting him. He smiled then pulled you under again but this time kissing you under the water.
You returned above water smiling at Luke while biting your lip. "Thanks for the best day ever baby" you said looking in his eyes. "You're the one who made my day" he said before kissing your lips again.
The drive back home was long and you were tired, you fell asleep leaning on Luke's shoulder as he drove down the highway.
