*Zoe's POV*

We got up and went to get ice cream. I got a vanilla and Alfie got a chocolate ice cream.

After that, we just walked home. When we reached, I quickly went and changed.

When I came back, Alfie was wearing shorts laying in bed. I blushed before getting under the covers.

As soon as I was in the covers, he hugged me which turned into a cuddle session.

"So, how was the tour?" I asked.

"Uh. I haven't really done much. I just faked a smile and met the people, but otherwise I would stay in my room. I was just thinking about how to get you back."

With that said, I felt much happier. Alfie cared about me. Not some other girl, but me.

"Well, we still need to buy something for Joe's birthday gift." I said.

"I owe him big time. He helped me get back with you."

"And I too, for staying with me through those days." I said, remembering everything that had happened then.

"Let's think in the morning shall we? I'm feeling really sleepy." Alfie said, yawning.

I nodded and switched off the light.

I quickly pecked him on the lips.

"Goodnight, Alf."

"Goodnight, little one."

And I felt asleep, with the biggest smile on my face.

Yes late update.
Also from the next chapter I'm gonna write the dates too, so that it doesn't get too confusing.

And there'll be a time skip in the next chapter too, but not that long really.
This chapter's date is 19th September, so yes Joe's birthday has passed away. But that doesn't mean he ain't getting a gift nuh-uh gurl.
