*Alfie's POV*
Almost 6 months later
Its almost been 6 months. The doctor has said that they'll be pulling the plug soon. I haven't slept for almost a week now, terrified of the nightmares that come.

Louise had come from USA and stayed with me in the hospital.

Joe came almost everyday.

Jim, Tanya, her parents, Marcus, Niomi and many other of our friends had visited her too.

There were no recent videos on mine, Louise, Zoe or Joe's channel. Others still did one in two weeks.

We distanced ourselves from social media and everything.

Its the last day today. The doctor has told me that I, Louise and Joe can go meet her, before they pull the plug.

We walk inside, all of us still crying. Zoe looks pale, but to me, she'll always be beautiful.

"So, this is the end eh, little one? You're leaving us?" I said, trying as hard as possible to not break down.

We stayed there, just talking to her about pointless things.

The doctor then came and told us that it was time to pull the plug. I nodded. All of us were crying pretty badly till now.

I quickly kissed her on the forehead and backed up. Louise hugged her, and Joe kissed her cheek. We left the hospital, and sat down in my car.

We all were staying together for some time. As soon as we sat in the car, all of us burst out crying.

I started reversing my car, but just then I got a call. I was going to ignore it but Joe told me it was from the hospital.

I was surprised, I told Joe to put it on speaker and answer it while I reversed the car back into the place. Obviously, they wouldn't call to tell anything bad at this time, would they?

"Hello?" Joe said.

"Hello. Is this Mr. Alfie Deyes?"

"Umm.. He's driving the car."

"Oh, may I know who I'm speaking to then?"

"This is Joe Sugg, here."

"I believe you're related to Ms. Zoe Sugg?"

"Yes, I am."

"I suggest you all to come back to the hospital. This is an emergency."

Before Joe could ask why, the person on the other side end the call. All three of us, got out of the car and ran towards Zoe's room.

As soon as we got there, we saw the doctor who had been looking after Zoe.

"Doctor, we were called saying we should come back to the hospital?" Louise asked.

"Ah, yes. Its actually fascinating."

As soon as he said that, I understood it. Zoe was awake. But I couldn't be sure. What if its something else?

"I'm sorry, doctor. But what's fascinating?" I asked.

The doctor said,"Well, I was in that room with another person. I sighed saying that the plug needed to be pulled. But just as I bent down to pull the plug, I heard someone say 'no.', and it was a female. The other person with me was a male, so the only possibility was Ms. Sugg."

My breathing got faster. She's awake. This isn't a dream. This is reality. She's actually awake.

"We checked some stuff and came with only one conclusion- She's awake."

I'm proud I woke her up, I was actually planning not to!
