"Zayn, this storm looks bad," Niall said, looking out the window while drinking his tea. "Maybe we should go somewhere."
"Relax, Niall," Zayn said, walking over to his boyfriend. "We're perfectly safe right here."
"But you know how I am about storms, Zayn," Niall said. Niall reached into his pocket as he felt his phone buzz. There was a notification on the lock screen. "A tornado warning."
"Good think we have a basement."
"No Zayn! It's not a good thing! I'm going somewhere else," he said, starting to walk out, but Zayn stopped him.
"Niall, the worst idea right now is to leave. Especially with a tornado coming. It'll be just fine."
There was all of a sudden a bright flash and loud bang which made Niall tense up and hold his breath. "Hey, relax. Let's pack up some clothes and essentials and head into the basement. It's perfectly safe down there."
Niall nodded. They grabbed a small bag and threw some clothes in. They brought it downstairs. Then they packed up down food then brought that downstairs. They brought down lots of pillows and blankets so they could just sleep on the floor.
They packed a few other essentials then headed downstairs for the next couple days.
When they were done setting up, Niall proceeded to slip under the covers and curl into a ball. Zayn finished then slipped underneath with him.
"What are you doing, Ni?" He asked.
"Sheltering myself," Niall answered. Zayn chuckled before wrapping his arms around Niall and pulled him closer. He dug his face into Niall's neck and started kissing it. Niall started laughing. "Zayn!"
"Are you my ticklish baby?" Zayn teased as he started tickling Niall's sides.
"Zayn! Stop!" Niall said, almost crying from laughing so hard.
"Never," Zayn said. He rolled over on top of Niall as he stopped tickling his boyfriend.
Niall giggled as Zayn stared into his blue eyes. "What are you doing, Z?"
"Admiring you," Zayn said. They giggled together before Zayn leaned down to kiss Niall. They pulled apart and laughed some more before they kissed again. "Oh I love you so much."
"I love you too, Z."
All of a sudden, there was a loud crash that shook the house. Then everything went black. "Zayn!"
