"Oh gosh. What happened here? Someone go get the nurse!" Coach V yelled out. "Can you un-bend your knee? I need to see how bad the damage is and if the ball fractured your knee."

Did I forget to mention that the game "softball" doesn't actually consist of a SOFT ball or the game is easy. The ball is harder than a rock and bigger than a baseball. The thing is huge, green and hurts like hell if you get hit by it. That's why I play it. It's a way to vent all my anger and frustration out rather than on actual people.

45 minutes later the nurse told me that miraculously, my knee wasn't fractured just bruised and cut up. I was supposed to stay at home for two days and let it heal. She then said I had to leave, and go home. Looks like I wouldn't be on the softball team this year. Suddenly Blu was at my side. I swear if this boy does not stop appearing like this. Helping me up he picked me up bridal style and started walking to his car.

"BLU, STOP! PUT ME DOWN!!! I can walk. Plus I need to get my bag from the locker room." I whined. I was pretty sure I could walk, but then again, I felt nice and snug inside of Blu's arms. Speaking of his arms, these things are all muscles, and warmth. Don't get me started on his body. I mean, these things are damn-daddies. Think of John Bregar. If you've seen his body, then you'll know exactly what I meant. Blu is almost an exact replica of him, except he's darker than him and his hair is pitch black and smooth. If I didn't know better, I'd say they were related.

"Oh hush up we're already at the car. I got your bag after I saw you got hurt." Blu told me as he dumped me ungraciously in the car. As he leaned over to buckle me up, I stopped him. I mean the gesture was sweet, but I'm not handicap. I can still function. Ignoring my requests, Blu strapped me in and went over to his side. Starting the car, he turned the radio on pulled off. The whole car ride was quiet. Well majority of it till the quiet got to me.

"Say something." I demanded.

"Something."

"You know what I meant," I said then, "Ooohh. Take me to your house. I've never seen it before and you supposedly live right down the street from me."

"Oh, alright. My parents shouldn't be home for another hour or so. We can hang out there," Blu concluded.

After stopping at my house to drop my stuff off, we headed over to his house. Sure enough five houses down was Blu’s house. His house was pretty average sized, a little bigger. It was painted a light blue with yellow trimmings. It would be funny if the reason behind Blu’s name was all on the house. The inside was warm and welcoming. As soon as you walked in, the smell of gingerbread wafted through the air.

"Mm, it smells good in here," I commented.

"It's the glade. My mother bought the one that smells like gingerbread. Every room had one of those plug-in ones. Except mines. I refused it, “Blu confessed.

"Show me you're room," I demanded.

At my request, Blu started ushering me up his stairs. They didn't have carpets like mines so the stairs creaked as we made our way up. Walking down the long hallway, I saw pictures on the wall. As I started looking at them, I realized Blu was trying to hurry me along. Not paying him any mind, I continued to study the pictures. I saw a baby Blu, and I started to coo at the picture. He was such a cute baby. I wanted to pinch those cheeks. Anyone could see that he would become a handsome man one day. Next to that picture, was a man and woman smiling lovingly at a baby the woman was holding. I realized that it was Blu's parents. The next picture showed his parents smiling fully and happily at the camera. Love shined brightly in their smiling eyes. Looking closer, I saw where Blu got his eyes from - his mother.
