"No," I said.
"Yes," She said.
"No," I repeated stubbornly.
"You can say no all you want but its true. When I was down stairs your dad said if Warren and you were going to marry, shouldn't you at least get to know each other first. He said you two needed to go on a date," Kelly told me once again.
I groaned falling back onto my bed, "I don't want too."
"I know but my parents already talked to Warren and at any second now he's going to ask you out on a date for tonight and you're supposed to say yes," Kelly said.
I ran my hands over my face, "This sucks."
A knock came at the door, both of us froze. I put my finger to my lips issuing Kelly to be quiet. If he can't find me he can't ask me.
"I'm not stupid I saw you open the door for Kelly Cassandra," Warren called from the other side.
I sighed, getting up I walked over to the door yanking it open I snapped, "What?"
"Well look who's Miss cheerful today," Warren rolled his eyes.
"Just spit it out," I demanded.
"Would you go on a date with me tonight?" Warren asked.
"Sure," I said through gritted teeth.
"Tonight at seven we're going to a very fancy restaurant so wear a nice dress," Warren rudely said then walked away.
"Jerk," I mumbled shutting the door.
Kelly who had jumped on my bed clapped her hands, "Come on it won't be that bad. At least this way when you get married you'll know a lot more about each other and won't seem like complete strangers."
"Great," I mumbled unenthusiastic.
"Come on I'll help you pick out a dress," Kelly jumped down running to my closet.
"You know I might have to go on a date with him but I won't like it," I shouted.
"That's okay with me!" Kelly shouted from my closet.
A couple of hours later I was wearing a white dress that came all the way to my feet. It had white short sleeves with a black belt in the middle to give it some style. I then slipped on some silver high heels to go with the dress. My hair was pulled up into a fancy bun with a silver burette holding it all together.
"Now move, move, move!" Kelly shouted as she pushed me through my door and down the stairs. I barely had time to grab my small purse to go with my dress as Kelly shoved me out of my room door.
As we got to the bottom I found Warren there standing in a black tux. His hair had been gelled up and actually looked quite handsome. I smacked myself inside my head; did I seriously just call him handsome?
"Shall we?" Warren held out his arm too me.
I nodded yes sliding my arm through his; this was going to be an interesting night.

We were sitting in some fancy restaurant thirty minutes away from home. Not knowing how this date would go I brought my cell phone and wallet just in case. For the most part the getting to know each other wasn't going as planned. We've been sitting here for thirty minutes reading the menu to ourselves. We had our drinks (he had cranberry soda and I had water,) he already ordered our appetizers so that they'd be ready by the time we ordered. It was a smart move but the stupid move of his was not even asking what I wanted for an appetizer just told them I wanted a salad. Looking over the menu my eyes kept popping out of my head as I looked at the prices, he better be paying. Wait, why do I care I have Felix's credit card I could blow, but I won't because I'm responsible. Sighing I became bored and tried looking around the restaurant.
