"You signed a contract!" Bianca yelled at my dad.
I cringed at her voice.
"My client was drunk when this woman had him sign something that he was incapable of understanding what was happening at the time," Mr. Reeds our lawyer argued.
"Doesn't matter he still managed to sign," Said Mr. Deeds Bianca's lawyer.
"Why's it such a big deal Bianca just let my family go!" Dad yelled.
"Don't speak," Mr. Reeds advised.
"You ungrateful, dirty, selfish man!" Bianca yelled getting up.
"Well you're a loud, obnoxious, brat!" Dad yelled back.
It went on like that for a while until the judge finally had to make them both stop.
"Mr. Deeds anything else your client would like to say on the matter?" The Judge asked.
"No your honor," Mr. Deeds said.
"And how about you Mr. Reeds?" The judge asked.
"My client does have one last thing to say. His daughter and their son have nothing in common, do not get along very well, and do not love each other so keep this in perspective when you're thinking about this decision later," Mr. Reeds stated, "That is all."
"Then court is adjourned. We will meet here at exactly nine o'clock tomorrow morning were I will tell you the verdict," The Judge announced hitting his gavel.
Walking out of the court room I called Sam to let him know what was happening.
"So whose side do you think he'll pick?" Sam asked.
"It's hard to say," I answered honestly.
"Well hang in there," Sam said.
"Okay. I'll try," I said.
"I'm going to see my mom's lawyer today," Sam changed the subject.
"You are? Sam that's great." I said happily.
"Yeah I figure it's time I find out who my dad is," Sam said.
"Well best of luck," I said.
"Thanks Cassy I just wish you could be here with me," Sam admitted.
"Me too," I said.
"Cassandra?" Someone asked.
"I've got to go. Best of luck!" I quickly said hanging up.
Turning I found Kelly and Warren standing next to a wall.
"Hey," I whispered.
"Hi," Kelly smiled nudging Warren.
"Hey," Warren said awkwardly.
"Look no hard feelings no matter what happens right?" Kelly asked.
"Of course not," I said going over and hugging her, "Were sisters no matter what."
"Girls," Warren grumbled.
I rolled my eyes, "I'll miss you to Warren."
"Yeah. Actually I want to thank you. I told Ashley and she's starting to warm up to me again," Warren said.
I smiled, "Good."
"Cassandra let's go," Dad called.
"Coming dad!" I called back. I looked at the two Kennish's, "I'll see you two tomorrow."
"See you tomorrow," They both said.
With that I walked over to dad. Dad...its definitely better than calling him Felix.
