#In the last chapter
Eko's gaze met with the old man for a seconds, but he suddenly looked another way. The old man blinked his eyes and smiled. Of course he couldn't greet Eko with his position here. It would be too suspicious for the others.
"Umm..." John tried to ask. "Is there something wrong until you came here... Mr.President?"

[ • . • ]X Company - 09:30
Eko walked behind the President of X Company - hanging his head. He tried not getting too close with him because everyone in the hall glared a strange curious look at them. Of course! A new worker and a president? How didn't it make a great fuss?
They looked very curious to know what happened between the new worker and their president. It was so rare to see the President of X Company came out from his room and met someone in low position like Eko.
What is he thinking?
Eko looked up and stared at his back. There was a long silence between them. The president didn't say a word since they went out from the room.
#flashback...
"Ah.. nothing. I just wanted to walk and look around, but..." His eyes sharpened. "Well... well... What I got here?"
Well... well what I got here??
Eko repeated his words in his head with irritated look. The president looked at him, but didn't say anything.
"This man didn't do his work well." John said - pointing his finger to Eko. "So I told him to remake it again."
"It's that so?" He looked at Eko.
"Yes, sir." Eko answered.
John smiled brightly.
"I see." He paused and thought something. "If that's the case can I bring him with me?"
Eko blinked his eyes twice. John stared at the President with shocking face - didn't believe what he had heard from that mouth.
"P-pardon?" Eko said.
"I need to teach my worker how to do his work." He explained. "I can't accept such a little failure in my company. Don't you agree with me, Eko?"
A dangerous look made Eko shivered a bit. He really knew what the president meant from that words.
Eko gulped and said. "Y-yes."
He changed his gaze to John. "Mr. Anderson, may I take him?"
"Ah! O-... Ehem! I mean yes, sir." John bowed.
"Thank you very much." The president smiled then looked at Eko. "Come."
Eko, who couldn't deny his word, followed him out of the room. Leaving a great fuss behind them.
#endofflashback
Really... What was in his head at that time?
"I was thinking how I could get you out of there." He answered.
"Hah?!"
Eko covered his mouth - feeling afraid that someone might hear them. His eyes looked around. Just wanted to make sure that nobody didn't look at them.
Wait....
The young man stopped walking and looked around one more time. There is nobody around them.
"Where are the people?" He asked.
"Didn't they... Ah, I forgot that you are new here." The president smiled. "In this company, there are five sections here. You know about this right?"
"Yeah. It divides into five classes section. I am in the lower one." Eko answered.
The president rolled his eyes. "There is no lower or higher, Eko."
"Okay. Okay. Then what?"
"The last section is the place only for the important people. Because of that you can't see more than ten person in there."
"So do you mean we headed there?"
The old man stopped and turned around. "No. We have already been here."
In front of them there was a big door made with metal. There was no knob to open it. In the right beside the door, there is only a card pass machine. Eko really knew that only really really important people who have card to their room.
The president pulled a card from his pocket and shoved it in front the machine.
CLICK!
The door moved aside and showed a dark room in it. Eko stunned. He was really surprised to see something like that for the first time. Eventhough his office in the first section had a door like this too, but it didn't have a pass card. They needed to push the number button and still had to use the knob too.
The president came into the room. He clapped his hands three times and the light turned on by itself.
"Come in."
Eko, who still stunned, followed the President obediently. The old man walked to his big comfortable chair and sat there. He signaled Eko to sit on little chair in front of him.
The young man sat at it and stared blankly at him - completely forgot what they should do at this time. The president smiled and placed his elbows in the big table while his hands were in front of his mouth - entertwined with each other.
"So.... Shall we begin?"
To be continued... (in part 2)
