When you first joined Fairy Tail only two months ago, you hardly expected you would be walking into this. Gray and Natsu were constantly fighting and at first you were actually concerned and wanted to stop it but now it was only amusing. Cana drank tonnes of beer that should've cause her liver to collapse by now and all the other members only joined in the fights where the guild would turn up destroyed.

At first you weren't so sure but you didn't want to be alone anymore - despite consistently be accompanied by your exceed; Jack - and you were sick of having to move from place to place with your empty pockets that only allowed you to have a meal a day.

Joining the Fairy Tail guild cause a deep happiness to explode inside you and you were eternally grateful. The members treated you like the family you always wanted and it was never boing. Everyone looked out for each other just like a real family would and they accepted you in the blink of an eye as soon as you informed them of what magic you learnt.

Earth Dragon Slayer Magic.

Natsu got especially excited and constantly challenged you to a fight which would most likely lead to the destruction of your guild so you politely denied. Gray just groaned when thinking about you and Natsu teaming together but he and the rest of the wizards were interested to see what you could do and eager to see if you could beat the Fire Dragon Slayer.

Your magic basically allowed you to control the earth beneath your feet and use it to your advantage, it was like you could control one quarter of the elements. Master Makarov was impressed and deeply overjoyed to take in another powerful Dragon Slayer.

There was only one problem present now; Dragon Mating Season. You had been thinking of it ever since you joined the guild and you weren't sure how you were going to get through it. You of all people knew how moody and dangerous Dragon Slayers could get- and you hadn't even found your mate yet!

The thought of being absent of a mate through the season only made your feelings and actions worse because of how angry and frustrated you would feel - mentally and sexually -  and this year you had to endure it again, with the objective of keeping to yourself the whole time and avoiding others as if they were the plague.

Master Makarov and others like Natsu and Lucy would question you about how you usually went through the mating season and they wondered if you had found your mate. You would answer with a bored shrug and shake of your head, avoiding eye contact so you wouldn't have to see their pitiful eyes.

Dragon Mating Season would commence in a few days and you only occupied yourself by taking solo missions. You purposefully went on the train rides to get your mind off of the new feelings that inhabited your body and your friends knew not to get on your bad side.

Today you were walking to the guild after you went home to put your reward of 100,000 jewel in your safe hiding spot and went through large double doors where people quieted at the sight of your expressionless self.

"(Y/N)! Finally you're back, Fight me!!!" Natsu screamed when he leaped into the air forcing Happy to grab him to fly over to you. You watched in annoyance and swung your fist - enjoying the way he flew to the other side of the building with an egg-sized lump - and people began to stare in awe when you giggled.
