cherry's blossom: that is candace's own attck, covering the enemy with paper bombs all over then hitting then with a kunai to make them explode.
Candace's eyes: candace has these eyes because of her blood. She may have come from a different world, didn't mean a family member in her past didn't either.
The color of the eyes pink and purple.: can't really think why she has those colors, maybe, her 'clan' had those colors way back then.
