It's been a while since I arrived at  prison. I met many people here. Some of them were with Rick since the beginning of the 'apocalypse' and some others after. Also there are some people that came here  from a place called "Woodberry". From what I heared the Governor, the man who owned that place, tried to kill Rick's group and then killed some of his own people. He must be a really bad guy. They left his group and Rick let them stay here as part of his family. They have no clue about where he is so they are trying to be prepared if a new attack is going to happen.

          . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .

I woke up at Cell Block C, cell 4. It was a shiny day. I never thought that I would live in a prison. I mean, I've done bad things but... Prison? Really? I laughed because deep down I knew that I deserved it.

I got up and changed clothes. When I got out, I saw Beth with Judith. Beth was a young girl, I think 10 years younger than me. She looks like 17 but I never asked her. Judith is Rick's daughter. At least that's how he sees her. His wife died here in prison when she gave birth to her. Nobody knows if she's Rick's or another guy's daughter but Rick loves her as his own. I said 'hello' to both of them and I went out to take some fresh air.

I took a deep breath and I walked out. It was early and most of the people were sleeping. That made the place look empty. Peaceful. The only thing that you could hear was the sound of the walkers. Funny right? I know... No peaceful at all. I thought I was alone so I turned to go back inside but then I heard  "Viv!" . It was a male and familiar voice. I saw Rick coming with a smile on his face.

"Morning!"

"Morning!"  I said back. "What are you doing out here?"

"Well, Judith woke me up and I couldn't sleep back. I stayed with her for a while but then Beth took her and I decided to take a look at the pigs. So I did. Somebody has to do it." he said and we both laughed. His smile was gorgeous. "Now, what are YOU doing here?"

"I couldn't sleep either so I decided to come here and take some fresh air. Well, I didn't expext to see you so early."

"Did I change on of  your planes? I mean, did you want to do something and I stopped you?" he asked and he sounded curious and a bit of sad.

"What? No!"  I said shylly and I looked down. I was feeling my cheeks hot and I was absolutale sure that they had turned red.

"Hey! It was just a joke. I didn't want to make you feel..." and he laughed. I looked at him and he was shaking. I really wanted to slap him but I couldn't. I just couldn't. He was so handsome. The sound of his laugh made me laugh too. We were just standing there laughing like two kids.

After a while we stopped and he looked at me with sad eyes. "I'm so sorry. That was so rude. I didn't want to make you feel bad. I..."

"Its ok! Actually it's been a while since I laughed like that"

"Me too!"

"Thank you Rick" I said and I hugged him. I couldn't believe what I did. I felt such an idiot. What would he think about me? Did I destroy our friendship? If it ever was a friendship. I was feeling so scaried, so numb but then happened the only thing I wouldn't expect. He hugged me back. Rick Grimes hugged me back. I couldn't believe it. After a long time I felt happy again. I felt safe. I felt...

"Dad?"

It was Carl, Rick's son

"Carl!" He said and we separated immediately.

"What's going on?" Carl asked a little angry.

"Nothing. We just had a small conversation, nothing else." Rick said and tried to avoid eye-contact with me.

"Well, I better go back inside" I said. "They may need me for some help"

"So, see you later then? There is something we should talk about."

"Ok! See you later" I said and I went to the prison, at my cell and sat on my bed with a big smile on my face.
