I woke up this morning feeling the happiest I've ever been in my entire life. I went into my bathroom and saw the blade. I wrapped it in a cloth and stuck it in my drawer. I felt no need to harm myself today. I felt like the world was in the palm of my hands.

I got to school and saw Frank by his locker. He saw me and smiled. I felt so happy. I hoped that nothing would change because I never wanted to go back to feeling the way I did before I met Frank. I love him so much and I finally realized that he loves me too. He's perfect in every way. We like the same things and we are s- my thoughts were interrupted when someone tapped on my shoulder. I turned around and it was a girl. "Hey! You're Gerard right?" "Yeah..." "Cool! I'm Lindsey. I heard your new here. Well kind of. I mean you've been here for a couple of weeks. But anyways, I thought maybe we could be friends..." "Yeah, sure..." She jumped up and down and screamed, "Yay!!!! We're gonna be great friends I can tell!" She dragged me to the first class and told Frank to help me but he just giggled.

I got home from school and looked at my phone.

From Frank: hey G
To Frank: hey
From Frank: so how's Lindsey?
To Frank: good I guess. kind of annoying but whatever.
From Frank: people say she likes you
To Frank: you know I don't like her like that Frank. I love YOU and YOU know that.
From Frank: I know, it's just that you guys are so cute together and idk. but I guess I have nothing to worry about, right?
To Frank: definitely lol

"GERARD!!!! I CAN'T BELIEVE YOU DIDN'T TEXT ME THIS WEEKEND!!! I WAS WORRIED ABOUT YOU," Lindsey said as she ran up to hug me when I walked into school. She almost knocked me over but Frank pushed me up. He chuckled when she jumped on me. I gave him a dirty look and he just burst out laughing. I giggled a little too but I stopped. Lindsey linked her arm around mine and Frank linked his arm around my other arm as a joke.

Me and Frank sat together at lunch. He started to mock Lindsey, "OH GERARD YOU DIDN'T TEXT ME AND I WAS SO WORRIED ABOUT YOU. OH GERARD I LOVE YOU SO MUCH! OH GERARD I CA-" he was cut off by Lindsey when she sat beside me. By then we were both laughing our asses and off and I snorted a couple of times. "Gerard, what are you laughing at," Lindsey asked me. "Oh, umm, Frank, uhh, he just made a really funny joke." "Haha. ok." Me and Frank finished laughing. "So, Gerard, do you have anything to ask me," Lindsey said. "Umm no..." I was really confused. What was I supposed to ask her? "You're supposed to ask me to the dance silly!" I looked at Frank and he nodded his head at Lindsey. "Umm, me and Frank were gonna go but you can join us if you want." "Excuse me," she said. Frank shook his head at me. "What?" "That's not how you're supposed ask a girl to the dance you moron. Lindsey, this doofus has some things to learn, don't worry, I'll teach him." Lindsey smiled at Frank and walked off. "Are you sure you're gonna let me go to the dance with Lindsey?" "Heck yeah. It'll be a laugh. I think I'm gonna ask Jamia to go with me because she said she was gonna beat me up if I didn't ask her." We both laughed.

Me and Frank left school when the 7th period bell rang. We went out and bought flowers for Lindsey and Jamia. Then we went to Starbucks and got coffee. We also bought some brownies and cookies. Then we went to the gas station and bought snacks, drinks, and candy. We went back to his house. He said his parents wouldn't get home till 8 so we could do whatever we wanted. We sat down and watched movies. It was about 6 and I started to fall asleep. I layed my head on Frank's shoulder. He looked at me and I looked at him. I sat up and we leaned closer to each other. He closed the space between us and kissed me. Finally, we both pulled away and smiled. This was a perfect day.
