I Got Yo' Back

Chapter 5

        Tuesday night, we all gathered in Jay's backyard to talk about our plans for Wednesday to Saturday.

"Ok guys, group date meeting is in session," I announced, "Any suggestions for tomorrow's date?"

"Ooh, ooh, me," Trey said, frantically raising his hand.

"Yes sweetheart," I said, going along with it.

"We should go to a strip club," he suggested.

"I'm with it!!," Cynthia agreed.

"No, we are not going to a strip club," I confirmed, "Any other suggestions?"

"Oooh, we could go to an amusement park, like ooh, Six Flags," Aaliyah answered.

"Oh my gosh, yes!," Janelle agreed.

"Ok, Six Flags it is," I said, putting it on my calendar, "Now, how about Thursday?"

"We could go to the movies," Jay answered

"Yeah, that sounds nice," Daniel said.

"Ok, so movies on Thursday," I said, "Then on Friday?"

"I guess we could go to Applebee's," Chris answered.

"Ooh, I like that," I agreed, "And Saturday?"

"We could just chill at the park," Cynthia answered.

"Ok, good," I said, "It's all settled then."

"See you guys tomorrow then," Aaliyah said.

"Bye," we all chorused.
          The next morning we were all ready for Six Flags.

"Ok guys, we're going to New Jersey so, have you all eaten and peed."

"Yes mother," Janelle said, mocking me.

"Hey, it's gonna be a long ride, I don't want anybody complaining about how their hungry or how that need to pee," I argued.

"Aww, look at my baby, already acting like the mother of my children," Jay commented.

"Shut up," I said, blushing.

"Alright, come on guys, next stop Six Flags!!!," Trey cheered, as we all got in the car.
"Are we there yet?," Janelle's whined.

"Actually, we are," Chris answered.

"For real, I didn't think we'd actually be there!!," Janelle said shocked, as we all got out of the car.

"Ok guys, you pretty much can't go on any rides with a bag so, leave all bulky bags in the car," I ordered.

"Ok sargeant," Cynthia mocked.

"Good, now we can go inside," I said.
"I wanna go on the parachute ride," Aaliyah announced.

"Alright, first stop, the parachute ride," I announced, "Remember only two at a time."

"Aye, aye captain," Trey teased.

"I'm really gonna end up fighting one of yall," I said, as they all laughed.

We all headed to the parachute ride and Aaliyah grabbed Daniel and jumped on the ride.

"Raise your hands," the operator said as he strapped them in, "You guys ready?"

"Yes!!!," Aaliyah squealed, happily.

"Ok then," the operator said, as he pulled a lever and launched Aaliyah and Daniel into the sky.

Aaliyah screamed as they reached the top and Daniel laughed as the operator dropped them back down.

"I'm never doing that again," Aaliyah stated.
