Caitlin's POV
I was sitting in science next to my friend and my crush Weston. Yes the one and only Weston Koury. I have known Weston since kindergarten and I think it's very clear he just wants to be friends.
"Okay, class everyone has been assigned a partner for this project"the teacher said. The class groaned. The list is posted on the bulletin board. I got up to find my name and of course, my partner was Weston. Weston walked up to me. "I guess we are partners" he said obviously not happy but not upset that we were partners. "Yeah, I was thinking that we could meet at my house after school" I said.
"Sure, but I might be a little late" Caitlin. "That's fine" I said.
Time Skip
Caitlin's POV
When the final bell rang I rushed out of the building to tidy up my house before Weston came over. I put my long dark wavy hair in a ponytail and changed into a black crop top and a pair of regular blue jeans.
Then I made sure the house was somewhat presentable.
Weston's POV
I was at home thinking of a way to get rid of my feelings for Caitlin. To be honest I have always had a crush on her but I want to be friends if we were to break up. 30 minutes passed by the time I went over to Caitlin's house. I walked up th estairs and knocked on the door.
Caitlin's POV
I was laying down on my couch playing with my phone when I hear a knock on the door. When I answer the door I saw Weston. "Hey Weston come on in" I said. It took about an hour for the us to finish the majority of the project. I suggested that we should go up stairs and watching netflix. We were both sitting on my bed when Weston decides to start tickling me. " Weston cut it out" I say laughing really hard. "Not until you tell me who's your favorite person is". "You"I say when suddenly I feel his lips on my mine I tried to stop myself before realizing I was kissing him back. When we broke away Weston pulled me into his arms and said "Caitlin I have liked you since the moment I laid my eyes on you will you make me the happiest teenager alive and be my girlfriend"? " Yes, I said almost in tears because what he said was so sweet. He kissed me again before snuggling with me for the rest of the night.
