Kiara's POV
I was at home getting ready for my 17th birthday party. I invited all of my friends and of course my boyfriend Juwany aka Flamingeo. I rented out a banquet hall big enough for all of my guest. It was about 6:45 when I got to the venue. Some people were already there. "Hey Birthday girl." I hear a familiar voice say. I turn around to see it is my best friend Julian Jara. "Hey Julian. I haven't seen you in a while." I say giving him a hug. Then my boyfriend Geo walks over to us. "Hey Kiara." He says with an attitude. "Hey babe." "What's the matter" I say already having a good idea of what is wrong but want him to say it. "Nothing" he says as he clenches his jaw and walks away. "What was all that about." Julian asked. " I don't know, but I'll catch up with you later." I said walking away to go find Geo.
Juwany (Geo's) POV
It was about 7 o'clock when I arrived at my girlfriend Kiara's birthday party. As I went into the party I saw my friend Julian hugging Kiara. I am not gonna lie it made me a little jealous. I know Kiara and Julian are like best friends but I don't like her around any other guy.
Kiara's POV
When I finally find Geo I tap his shoulder and tell him to come outside with me so we can talk. "What's up" He says all nonchalantly. "Why were you upset?" I ask with a little a little confusion in my voice. " I have no clue what you are talking about." He said. Then it hit me. Geo must have seen me and Julian hugging each other and got jealous. " Are you jealous?" I ask him. "No." Geo replied with a shaky voice. "Oh my gosh. You were jealous." I say in an I told you so tone. "Fine. I got a little jealous of you and Julian." "Babe, Julian is just my friend. You know I love you." I said " I know you do. Im sorry." Geo said. I gave Geo a kiss and said "Now let's go party."
