"And then I ducked under his legs and...Uff!"

They had been goofing around for about an hour, when Asbar, who was in the middle of relating one of his 'deeds' to them, suddenly tripped over something and fell on his bottom.

"Ugh! What in the world?" He said annoyed, getting up and dusting off his pants. The rest looked around. They had been so immersed in their conversation, that they hadn't noticed the scene around them change. Now they looked around in surprise. As far as the eye could see, there were green fields, blue skies and magnificent trees. Everything looked fresh and new. The fields were full of flowers in every color of the rainbow. But their path, which was smooth before, was now filled with potholes and thorns. It was one of these potholes that Asbar had tripped on. All of then turned to Khizar involuntarily. He just nodded. They nodded, and tightened their bags on their backs. Now all of them had an adventurous gleam in their eyes.

"Ok," Khizar said. "Ready? One, two, three!"

And they all dashed forward. For some time, they had to run carefully, trying to avoid the thorns and other obstacles in their path, but after a little while, the scenes started changing. All the flowers wilted, the greenery started disappearing, and the sky lost its blueness, and started getting dusty again. The reality of the scene was revealed...

They looked at each other, their faces radiant with joy.

"YES!" They exclaimed together. Asbar pumped his fist in the air. And they moved on........
