Hey Guys! Glad to be back to writing. Like I said in my update, I have changed my writing style slightly so my story is more interesting and discriptive. Hope y'all notice and enjoy.

The world slowed down to a slow motioned pace. The loud cheering and yelling that circled the air, were suddenly muffled, drowned out by the sound of my racing heart flooding my ear drums. His deep blue eyes washed through me, flushing my body with pain. The tingling sensation of my body slowly numbing, circled through me as I stared into his all-too-familiar eyes. Memories of our past raced through my mind, bringing tears to my eyes.

A muffled voice began to drift into my ears, but my body refused to come back to this world. I wanted so much to stay in his cool, blue stare and hide from this world.

"Anderson.." The voice became louder. "Watch out And-"

The roar of the crowed overcame the silence in my head as two large arms wrapped around my waist and flung me backwards onto the ground, several feet away.

Hitting the ground hard, my breath escaped me. I squinted my eyes, feeling the pain coarse through my body. I landed wrong, and felt the searing pain crawl up my back.

Before I could react, a rotten hand wrapped around my ankle, pulling me backwards.

I let out a small scream as I turned to see a walker with half its skull missing, inching its way towards me. Kicking frantically, it released me and I shuffled backwards, ignoring the pain in my back.

My body was abrubtly heaved off the ground, and the tall, muscular man who I was supposed to "fight" was holding me above his head.

Squirmming desperatley to get out his grasp, I looked over at Daryl. He had been pulled back away from the arena, and was now being held down by two men. His eyes were wide, on fire, staring into mine.

I gave him a saddened look. He paused for a moment, then nodded once.

I cocked my head to the side in confusion, then understood his gesture.

He wanted me to fight. He wanted me to live.

He cared for me.

Breaking my stare from his, I sucked in a deep, sharp breath. I knew what I had to do.

I had to fight. To live. For me. For Daryl.

With that, I jerked my leg back, connecting hard into the back of the giant's head.

He let out a groan and dropped me to the ground. Landing on my feet, I rolled onto my shoulder forwards and stopped myself smoothly with one hand.

Snapping my head up, I looked at Daryl once more. I grinned a hardly noticable grin of reassurance,  then looked back at the giant.

He was crouched, rubbing the back of his head, but quickly recovered as he quickly jerked head up towards me. He pulled his lip up in a devilish snarl, straightened up and sprung towards me.

Being quick to react, I grabbed his hand that reached out towards me and roughly twisted it, pulling it behind his back, He let out a stifled scream of pain, which only fueld me more. With his strong arm rendered, I pulled my leg up and kicked him straight into a ravenous walkers' arms.

Yelling again, he shoved his hand into his pocket, quickly revealing a hidden weapon, plunged it into the walkers' neck, throwing it to the ground, then finished it by pounding his combat boot into its skull until it was nothing but a pile of red mush.
