When he was leaving I had this odd feeling as if I wanted him to stay with me, but I didn't know why. He gave me a cute smile.
Wait?? Cute? Smile? What did I just say!!
"EMMA!! BYE!" He screamed waving his hand in my face. I guess I was frozen.
"Oh, bye sorry" I said and he left. I shut the door and wondered what just happened. Why did I feel all weird around him. Wait do I like him?!?! No I can't, he is my best friend!
All these thoughts went through my head. Then I heard loud sounds coming from outside, which made me shake off my thoughts and look out the window. There was a big moving truck next door and a girl about my age jumped out. She had blond hair and tanned skin. She was pretty and I wanted to introduce myself soon. A younger little boy came out, a woman in her 30s, and a man in his early 40s. They walked in their house while workers moved their stuff in. My parents and siblings will be home soon so I will tell them about it.
