7. A business trip with him??

Aditya's pov

The delegates were about to leave when Miss Mishra entered the room in her signature style, rushing like a storm.

"Sorry, huge traffic on the road, so was stuck in a jam" she apologised breathing heavily.

"U are just so careless, I.." I started scolding her when one of the delegates cut my sentence and asked her

"Do you have the presentation with you? "

"Yaa, the presentation is ready, I will just explain, I am extremely sorry for being late and for making you all wait for me, so may I start? " she asked the delegates.

" Ya please quickly go on" they said.

Muskaan's pov

Getting their permission I got back the heart in its place otherwise I thought my job was gone for sure.
I quickly started explaining my presentation to them on the big screen present on the room.

In the middle of explaining I casted a look on the delegates, they were listening carefully for which I got encouraged and he was as usual not looking satisfied with my presentation.

Ignoring his expressions, I carried on with my presentation and finished explaining them confidently. Then, I eagerly waited for their reaction.

"I think it's impressive and the idea is totally unique" said one of them.
" I have heard a lot of name and about fame of this industry, today I got a proof that it's indeed one of the best industries in India " said another person.

" So there is no doubt, the deal is confirmed with your company, congratulations Mr. Singhania, we are partners now " said the third person shaking hands with Mr. Arrogant Singhania.

I was more than happy. It's first time in my life I'm doing such presentations, and I became successful in my work. It gave me a real satisfaction.

They all even praised me for the presentation and said they are happy to be partners with such a famous company.

Mr. Arrogant was happy for the deal but he was not happy with me, that was clear from his face.

The delegates signed the papers and started discussing a few more details with Mr. Banerjee.

I and my boss went to his cabin since he called me there.

The moment I entered the cabin he started " It's okay that you managed the deal with them through your presentation which was not bad, I admit but what do you actually think of urself? They were just about to leave. What if they left?"

He spoiled my mood completely. I answered  "But they didn't leave and the deal is confirmed na, I already apologised for being late, there was traffic.... "

"And what about that what I had to listen from them because of you that our company is not punctual and all?"He interrogated.

I was really getting irritated and didn't had a wish to answer him back, because it's useless to argue with him. So I decided to remain silent.

"Good, now u don't have an answer? Anyways just remember that it shouldn't be repeated otherwise I'm not going to spare you."

I simply nodded wondering if he is such rude with all or specially with me. What problem he actually have with me? I can't understand.

" Just bring me an expresso" he ordered.

I was shocked hearing that, why will I bring when there are staffs for such works. I had a self respect.
I'm your personal secretary not your servant, I wanted to blurt out but controlled my emotions and tried to reason with him softly

" But, there are...."

" I said just go and bring me an expresso " he ordered with a voice which was deep and very firm.

I don't know why but the voice literally made me shiver and I simply nodded my head and left his cabin.

I seriously hate this person, without almost any reason why he behaves such with me?

I got a cup of expresso for him and started my way towards his cabin.

And suddenly I remembered how yesterday he spilled coffee in my dress and I felt a sudden urge of doing the same.

I thought of taking revenge from him and do the same with him. He should also understand the consequence, told my brain.

So making up my mind, I reached his cabin. But seeing Mr. Banerjee there, I had to drop my plan.

I was sure he was having a talk with him regarding the deal. So, I went near them.

" Why are you doing these kind of works? A lot of people is there for it" Mr. Banerjee said seeing me standing with a cup of coffee.

Mr. Singhania took the coffee and before I could say something he said " Yaa , exactly I have told her so many times not to do all these works but she is adamant u know, she said she wants to do all sorts of work by her own, right?" he said the last line looking at me and giving his evil smirk.

I was feeling of punching him then and there but controlled my feelings and said " Yes, he is right" smiling faintly at Mr. Banerjee

" Okay then, anyways I came here to inform u both something about today's deal. Mr. Stefan and others wants to have a look at the construction site where we are going to make the project with them. And they want you and Miss Mishra to be there for two days to accompany them and talk necessary details about it." he said to Mr. Singhania.

"What??!!" we both exclaimed at the same time looking at each other.

"Yes, and I think u both should go, it's a big project for our company and we should not annoy them by refusing" Mr. Banerjee said and turned to me to say

" I hope you know where is the construction site? It's in mahabaleshwar, a almost 5 hours drive from here. And I hope u and ur family are okay with it. It's just a matter of two days"

I was shocked. It means I have to stay 2 full days with him alone!! How will I manage? That also at a distant place from here like mahabaleshwar.
I was lost in these thoughts.

" Okay, since it's important for our company I will go, don't know about her" said Mr. Arrogant

" I aamm ready " I fumbled seeing no options.

" Okay good then, best of luck for the business trip"
Mr. Banerjee left after saying it.

A Business trip with him??!!! Oh god please save me.

After reaching home, I informed my parents.  They were also tensed. That was first time I'm going somewhere out of Mumbai.

" With a man, almost unknown man, so u can stay a stranger how you will stay alone? Is it safe??" asked my father.

" I know he is your boss but in today's world we can trust almost no one, you only know him for a day, and two full days alone with him is really risky" concerned my mother.

" Don't worry, he is not like that, I know him. It's safe to be with him" I reassured them.

After they were a bit relaxed listening to my words I went to sleep.

These words spoken to them by me came to my mind, how I told them confidently I'm safe with him?? When I don't even know him. Moreover he is so arrogant,  is it really safe to be with him??

Thinking all these , I slowly drifted to sleep praying to god for the coming two days with him.
************************************************************************So Muskaan and Aditya is going for a business trip together for two days. What do you all think will happen in the trip? Will they start to feel something for each other??
