15. Trio night

"I'm a little nervous about tonight."
"Why? They're your best friends."
"Exactly, they're gonna want to know everything... And I mean everything."
"That's just Scott and Mitch for you."
"Ugh I know. I'm going to get ready."
Kirstie went into the bathroom to get ready. She couldn't stop thinking about how much Avi loved her, and how much she loved him. She never imagined she'd end up so lucky.
She finished getting ready and walked back into the room. She made her way over to Avi.
"Bye, Avi."
"Bye, babe."
They shared a short kiss and Kirstie headed to Scott and Mitch's room. A few knocks on the door and Mitch answered.
"Hey girl!"
"Hey Kirst!" Scott yelled from the bed.
"Hey guys... So what exactly are we doing tonight?"
Scott and Mitch glanced at each other and then back to Kirstie.
Both with smirks on their faces.
Mitch spoke up.
"Weeellllllll... Maybe some movies, some games, girl talk, sexwithAvi, new songs, tour-"
"I knew it...you guys wanna know about Avi and I."
Kirstie looked at her two best friends and smiled in defeat.
"Fine.. Sit down. What do you guys wanna know?"
Mitch instantly blurted out.
"Is Avi good in bed?"
Kirstie's mouth dropped and Scott giggled.
"What the hell Mitch!?"
"What... Just answer the question."
"Uhhh, well I mean... Yeah.. I guess. We've only had sex a couple of times."
"How was this morning?"
Scott questioned with bouncing eyebrows.
"You told him Mitch!!?"
"DUH! I couldn't help it."
"You guys are ridiculous. This morning was...amazing. He really showed me how much he loved me."
Kirstie blushed again at the thought and smiled. The other two smiled at their love struck friend.
"He really loves me guys."
"Awwww, your so in love!"
Both said in unison. They looked at each other and high fived.
"Well, besides the sex, what do you like about dating Avi?"
"Hmm, he really knows how to make me smile. And he tells me I'm beautiful a lot. When he kisses me, it's like the world melts away... But what I really love most, is that he still wants to be with me... Even though I used him to cheat on someone else. I still can't believe he still wants me."
"Girl, Avi would be stupid no to want you."
"Ok, but I still used him."
"That's in the past, you have a man now that cares a lot about you. Don't question it or might scare him away."
Scott said while holding one of her hands.
"I guess you're right. But he-"
"Kirstin..."
"Fine. Let's watch a movie."

Meanwhile, Avi went over to Kevin's room.
"Hey man."
"Hey Avi, what's up?"
"Well Kirst is with Scott and Mitch tonight, so I thought I'd hang out with you."
"Oh ok, cool."
"Can we talk about something Kevin?"
"Anything."
"Ok, well, This morning I made real love to Kirstie. She told me she finally believes that I love her, but I still get the vibe that she doesn't believe me. It's like she wants to but I don't have anything else to prove to her that I really do love her."
Avi finished and Kevin thought for a minute.
"Give her some time. If you really do love her like you say you do, you'll be patient. Stay with her and tell her everyday how much she means to you. If she questions it, tell her again. You can't leave her hanging. She's only questioning it because she wants to be with you too. But she's insecure about her past. So don't ever bring it up. Just love her everyday without any hesitation."
Avi took everything in.
"... Damn, Kevin. You really know what to say. Thanks bro."
"Anytime, Avi."
"You know what, I think I need to let her know right now."
Avi stood up from Kevin's bed and walked out the door. He went to Scott and Mitch's room and walked in to an already slightly opened door. Scott and Mitch were laying on the edge of the bed while Kirstie sat at the head of it. Avi went straight to Kirstie. She gave him a puzzled look as he sat down in front of her. She didn't have time to say anything before he grabbed her face and kissed her sweetly but very passionately. Scott and Mitch sat awkwardly as the two kissed for a minute or so. Finally Avi broke away from Kirstie. Both caught their breath for a few seconds.
"What was that for?"
"Just letting you know how much I love you."
"That was.. out of the blue."
"I just felt the need all of the sudden. So, I came here."
She smiled and hugged him. Scott and Mitch were basically in tears but slightly uncomfortable. Mitch cleared his throat.
"Uh, guys. Are you done with your little make out session yet, cause I'm a little uncomfortable."
Avi turned to Mitch and laughed a little.
"You might as well get used to it Mitch, cause this girl means the world to me."
"You guys are too cute." Scott said.
"Yeah, it's kinda gross."
"Sorry, but I gotta let her know some time how much she means to me."
Kirstie spoke.
"Avi, you're so cheesy. But I love you."
"I love you too, kitten."
"OK, can we PLEASE get back to our movie?" Mitch said while smiling at the two.
"Yeah, yeah whatever Mitch. I'll see you in the morning Kirst."
"Ok, bye."
Avi left and as soon as he was out the door, Mitch spoke again.
"He's definitely a keeper. Don't let that one go Kirst."
"Trust me, I don't think I could if I tired."
They all laughed and went back to watching the movie. But all Kirstie could do was smile and think about the man who loved her. That still wants to be with her. She was definitely one lucky girl.
